Dont do the first on your shoulders have a very high chance of being injured. And as a cricketer you need your core stability for everything so you should be seated down to do any exercises. So sont do any of those
You should not be seated for ant exercise as of you stand and do exercises it increases your stability and you should do task specific exercises

Cricket ka best exercises yeh nahi ho sakti hai
stop using cables for arms, it is lazy, it is NOT functional for the body, just do ur bicep curls with 2 dumbells WHILE standing, it will engage ur core and give u a better posture, same for the over head lifts. and for the leg press just do squats, its WAY more functional for athletic movement. and for the hamstring curl do hip thrusts. simple.
