No, because then it would not discard the Mechathun in his hand. The combo requires you to have mechathun as the last card in hand so that shriek discards it, leaving both your hand and the board empty.
The alternate voice line seems to be "In Swamp and Sinew, two witches brew, power for us, and DEATH for you." The original voice line seems to be something like "From the wicker bowels, hear my plea. These curse-ed spells, I give to thee!" (The final reveal stream had a better example than what I initially found. They're still talking over it, but I can hear more of the first part better.)
Trust me, you don't want this deck. The requirement of being in fatigue when activating the combo is just too much to have it work. It's a deck that is just not fun to play until you do it and it will happen in like 10% of your games maybe.
so the point of the deck is to get yourself to no cards left in the deck, then play dollmaster dorian, plot twist to draw your mechathun, then destroy your dollmaster dorian with the sacrifice effect, then play shriek to discard your last mechathun and win the game. Did you ever think of maybe just, I dunno, playing the 2 cost 1/2 mech that discounts your mechs by one, and then playing mechathun with the sacrifice card?
