- I did the nursery using seed, cocopeat,water and seedlings tray, no manure or fertilizer. I cover it with net to avoid disturbance from lizard or rat. more coming, pls subscribe and share!!!

Hi good work bro. As you keep the nursery in the net. do you still spray them with insecticides n fungicides before removing them to transplant
I don't spray any insecticide or fungicide on it. This video is when I just start cultivating tomato, now I have greenhouse for raising my seedlings which is best. If you can afford it I will advise you to build one.

(1) can you nurse your seedlings using seedtrays and coco peat inside the house?
(2) if i do my nursery outside, what happens on a rainy cold night, will it affect the seedlings?
To nurse healthy and uniform seedling you need to build nursery house which will be cover with green house ( UV) cover. Check my tomato playlist to see it.

How many plots can you plant with 10g of Platinum 701 F1 at 30cm spacing? My Calculation shows roughly a plot but I just want to confirm from someone with real data.
1.5 plot if you are going 30cm by 1.2m (furrow 1.2meter)
Is 30cm the best spacing or 50cm sir?
50cm is the best but I always use 30cm.

If you can do the whalla, you can always remove net before wetting. I always wet with the net on it.
U didn't wet after sowing the seed right?
I wet it once in a day... though depend on the temperature. Sometimes I wet twice why sometimes I don't wet through out a day.
how do you keep your seedlings during nursery, is it only under tree with net ?
I don't put under net again. I do spray the surrounding though because of insects. Why I put under net is because of rat.

After putting seeds in seedling tray do we have to keep it in shady area or just can put in full sunlight right now its a sept month and temperature is upto 40
Best is to have nursery house with green house cover. Full sunlight is not good for seedlings, however your seedlings need worm/heat to do well
Can I put the seedling tray in poultry house since I didn't have green house
Not necessary to have complete green house, you can buy little green cover like 3-4 meters square, and do small area for nursery. I can not guarantee poultry house for tomato seedling.

I don't apply fertilizer, however, you apply little (30ml per 16lit) dosage of foliar fertilizer, seven days after germination, once in a week.

If you are using chicken manure with cocopeat make sure it is very dry and in low quantity. 3-7 days after transplanting.

Lot of things can make seedlings to die in nursery.. maybe the seedlings is unable to tap nutrient, maybe the cocopeat is not good, maybe you apply over dosage pesticide e.t.c..do a mini video on the seedlings and the environment and send to 08034790734 on watspp.
