I was just trying shifting from acoustic guitar to Ukulele, for its compact and trip frndly nature. And your content is so good to learn about it.. Awesome dude.. Keep the good work!
Whenever I see your videos I wish I can play them along with you, means following you step by step. Bt unfortunately I don't have an Ukulele yet. But hopefully, if I get one in coming days then will surely follow your teachings. Also, rather than learning how to play Ukulele, I enjoy more when you're singing. ❣️
I used to learn Uku through your videos and due to this lockdown, They're currently in my hostel room, watching your videos to get that uku vibe again, Thank You Sayali for these videos
Hi! I enjoy listening to your voice and the way you express the whole chords like how to play... Everything... Main sikh ri hu now a days ukulele and m a beginner love from sikkim➡❤
Sayali you are an excellent teacher with lots of patience and amazing attitude, I have recently started to learn the ukele and your tutorials are extremely helpful
Since your voice is really pleasing and you play ukelele very well, i would loooove to hear the song in the starting of video in your voice without interruption. Just you and me and then learn to play the song. I'm a fan, just wanna say you're very pretty and lovely.
Hi, the video was really helpful! Thank you so much. I have one advice for this particular song- in the verses, the chords change occur BEFORE the first word of every line.. that would sound really beautiful! 🙂
A few people are wondering what's the need for Am chord in finger picking, so just posting this here - You should still hold down the Am chord even tho you are not plucking that 4th string. It's a good habit to develop. So that you remember the proper chord progression for the song, and then you can use any strumming pattern to play it once you've memorized the chords. It also helps you improve your chord switching and helps with muscle memory. Hope that helps!
Hey Sayali, I looove your tutorials.. So detailed and elaborate.. I just want you to upload more finger plucking songs.. Just loved playing this song.. ❤️❤️
This is the best tutorial video I came across. I have been following you since I bought my Ukulele. You are just amazing. Thank you so much for making tutorial on this song. The steps are absolutely easy to follow :)
Hey, I'm a beginner too, and as far as I understand, it's because the fingers fit properly and it's a comfortable position to play in. That's the reason according to me. Hope this helps.✨

Hi Sayali, try also sharing the build up of strumming pattern for playing different songs. This video is very helpful, began learning ukulele with this, and I started playing it nicely being a novice. Thanks much !
Hi Sayali, I really like your videos and try to follow them and learn. One of the problems that I have faced while following all your videos is that, even though you mention the chords and strumming pattern, one that I find difficult is how many times should the strumming or fingerpicking pattern to be played before changing the chords. A proper song chart with the lyrics would be really helpful. You could attach in your description with every tutorial that you upload.
Your videos are so good and make the learning process so easy! Please dont stop ever! Love! :D Also, please post the cover for this song soon! Would love to hear. Thanks! :D
#sawaalcorner can u tell when we should change the chords.. Like after how many times of the strumming pattern should we chamge from one chord to other..? I don't get it when u play when to change after how many strums.. Pls tell😊 love and positive vibes
Hey Sayali. Firstly I will say you are just fabulous in all sorts of videos that you make. Secondly, I really need your help. All of a sudden I made my mind to learn some musical instrument, so got really fascinated towards ukes. Being a beginner which ukes should I go for?
Isn't the Am chord redundant in a 3231 plucking pattern, since the 4th chord is never plucked and makes no sound? It does make sense with a strumming pattern since all 4 chords are struck during a strum. Amirite, if not, what am I missing - can someone explain this to me?

Hey sayali.. just found your channel & already loving it.. I’ve just started my own singing channel.. & I was looking for tutorials like you are giving.. Keep shining.. Xoxo❤️
Hi. It was a helpful video. Thank you for this. But I had a question. Is it fine if I don't hold the 2nd fret of 4th string when I am holding the F or Dm chord because we aren't playing that string throughout the song.?
Hi. I am Aravind. I have been attracted to Ukulele and purchased one last week. Among the many uke tutorials, I found yours to be more beginner friendly and understandable. I just started with few easy chords. I happend to see your video on kho gaye hum kahan. In that the finger picking pattern does not use 4th string at all. So what is the point of using a Am chord? And also in F and Dm 4th string is not used. Can you please explain.
@@oshinhalder2115 I think it is due diligence on Sayali's part so that anyone who wants to use the strumming pattern can also follow along in the same tutorial
At the end of the video you will be like Kho gae hum kaha?? :p Lol..Happy Uke playing :)
Please provide song sheets also

What is the reason for holding Am in 3231 finger picking
Hey, I'm a beginner too, and as far as I understand, it's because the fingers fit properly and it's a comfortable position to play in. That's the reason according to me. Hope this helps.✨
Even if you play the wrong string, it won't sound that bad
I was thinking the same. But maybe because there are people who'll choose strumming pattern and not finger picking pattern so maybe that's why
It's a good habit to develop. So that you remember the proper chord progression for the song, and then you can use any strumming pattern to play it once you've memorized the chords.

The picking pattern is non sense...i also commented on similar lines. Even the F chord doesn't make sense

Hey how many time do we have to follow the strumming pattern on c chord like 3231 3231 like that or just 3231 once ?
Hey! what's the use of Am in fingerpicking when we aren't playing that string?

Am is for strumming
