What happens if you don’t seal those marble tiles once per year? Can you bypass TB and contact urban effects and Arizona tile directly to do your tile/cabinets etc and save money? I saw a matte finish free standing tub at mesa ridge, do you know the cost? I love the fireplace in bedroom/master bath see through option of mesa ridge. Great informative video would like to see this for various builders of single story in Summerlin
Great questions. If you don't seal marble, they are susceptible to staining and etching. Oil, wine, coffee and other liquids can permanently stain your marble countertops or tiles. You cannot bypass TB (even though it's cheaper to do so) as they must convey a home that is completely finished. Countertops, cabinets, flooring, baseboards, lights, etc. must be all in when a home closes. I do not currently know the price of the matte tub at Mesa Ridge but back then it was around $9,800. It could be more now with inflation.
You will have an initial design studio via Zoom to help narrow down your design ideas. The designer will have a better idea of what you're looking for prior to your in person meeting.
Very overwhelming. You'd have to come in with a design board, or at least a concept. Two pitfalls, one aesthetic, the other financial... overdesigning and keeping costs under control. The other pitfall is to be to trendy, and it will look outdated. Wow, I can see the overwhelming choices resulting in a sort of design paralysis. I was wondering, tb uses arizona tile.

Also, “I would never recommend this sink. Please do not buy this sink” had me rolling 😅😅
Thank you! 😂
Thanks for the video! Out of tile, hardwood and luxury vinyl floors which are the most/ least expensive?
My pleasure! Luxury Vinyl Plank and Tile flooring can be very comparable in price. Hardwood floors will be the most expensive

I agree it can be overwhelming. It's best to visit model homes in different communities to get design inspiration and even search online.
