Have one of these, brilliant fun! Have had mine for 3 years now and still not bored.
Damn it looks so good in red😍
Ooooo it sounds goood 🔥
Good stuff mate
The sound is so clear
No wind buffering much
Zoom H1 under the seat. Amazing for "binaural" effect audio, but unfortunately for this bike there's a weird vibration coming from the tail fairing at high rpm.
@@CheapskateMotorsports I just bought that zoom h1 last week
When you get it set up just right it's the perfect tool, can't wait to hear that rsv4 through it
@@CheapskateMotorsports I bought a case for it
I think I will just put it in the case
It’s a tight fit case
Hopefully it should be fine
What do you think ?
I think if you put a deadcat on it, pad the outside and make sure it is secured you should be good. Mine is literally strapped to the underside of my seat where the toolkit used to be and padded out with a blob of blu tack. Also make sure to record at a proper level and set the quality to 24bit/48khz
I love the power on my speed four it gets scary
Trust, especially when you reach 10k and realise you're about to hit the ACTUAL powerband😂
@@CheapskateMotorsports right on
Where did you get the front screen? Looks good~
Unfortunately I didn't get it, it was one of the previous owners. I don't think they sell these anymore😕
Got it, Thanks anyway.
I am getting a Speed four next week~
Nice, they're great in every way except the fuelling. At low speeds they tend to behave really badly so you may need to remap it. I plan on doing that to mine
@@CheapskateMotorsportsThank you for the tips. I guess old school 600cc 4cyl. engine has low torque below 4000rpm.
Not just low torque, it's EXTREMELY choppy between 2-4k. The bike tries to physically beat you up until you ride faster.
I'm so fucking jealous rn 😫
Why?
You want one?
At the time I wanted a 600 and only had a 125. Got a ZX6R now
@@ghost.97 thanks for sharing.. I had one too.
What year? Do you think you like it better than the speed 4?
I’m looking to maybe get a speed 4
@@erxfav3197 It’s a 2020 636. Oh I definitely would like it better, from how i’ve heard people describe how its lumpy and horrible to ride at slower speeds (which would be an issue for me as i live smack bang in the middle of london where everything is 20mph) to just it being a more modern bike overall. Also its my dream bike that I had been working toward for a while so I’m hugely biased.
It takes skill to tame a 600's aggressive fuel delivery around London, definitely rewarding though
