Honestly I am surprised this channel isn't in the 500k+ by now. you guys have been around for awhile plus your channel is like no other. very clean, professional and love for the customers. keep'm coming.
Congratulations on 100k subs! I found you're channel shortly after I bought my S2000 in 2018 and I've watched pretty much every video. You have really helped me stay motivated as I restore my car. I just want to say thank you to everyone at LHT Performance.
Congrats on 100K in subs you guys do great work and make it easy to learn from what you are doing, thank you. The 2.4S2K looks cool, are we going to see a dyno graph for it?
10 years ago, I remember seeing Kraftwerks SC belts snapping left and right. Here we are 10 years later... and I see this lol. Some things just never change...
Congratulations on hitting 100k, it is long overdue! That silver S is absolutely beautiful. The light modifications flow very well together. The side skirts are a nice touch!
I have the Indy 500 tires simply because there was a deal at Costco after I bought my s2000 and it needed all 4 new tires. Definitely some good tires, no loss of grip.
Grats on the 100k subs. 🙂 I've been thinking Hardrace bushings for my Del Sol for a good while but haven't been in a position to change them yet. My entire front suspension has Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings. Had them for around 10 years, but they've never squeaked. That being said, I did buy their black colored bushings which are graphite impregnated to prevent squeaking. And looks more OEM. However, they're very stiff and being a street car (I don't track it), it's made it a harsh ride and I've learned my lesson. Will be doing Hardrace next time. I wonder if that gauge cluster company would make one for a Del Sol? The Del Sol community regularly uses OEM S2000 clusters as an upgrade to our analog clusters and they fit pretty well in our dash with a custom shroud. Just needs a proper plug adapter.
Congrats on 100k (now at 104k, lol)! One thing I’ve always done with polyurethane bushings is after the grease, put Teflon tape around them. Never had one squeak in many, many years of driving.
S2000 is a chassis that keeps on giving. You should see what people are doing with its aerodynamics. All motor this chassis has ran 55.9 seconds around Tsukuba. That's faster than a GT3 RS can. The two tunnels on either side of the transmission tunnel can be turned into venturi tunnels and fed into a rear diffuser. You can make plastic strakes that guide air around the wheels to keep the tire turbulence out of the tunnels. Lots of downforce that you can squeeze out of the underbody if you're smart about it. ua-cam.com/video/NaenCYCUwBo/v-deo.htmlsi=ABI22ViHVBwZO_fI You can see how the rear end squats at speed from the downforce pushing it into the ground. Most of the load doesn't come from the big wing and dive planes and splitter, it's mostly underbody.
The control arms and end links look great! What did you end up doing for those? Heard of people doing por15, powder coated etc, would love to slow down the oxidation and make it look a bit nicer at the same time :)
My id4motion clusters screen gave out after 5 months when my battery drained. Had to uninstall it and reinstall the regular cluster. Also EPS light comes on after 3 minutes of steady driving above 3k rpm. I loved the screen but I believe it has a few little things like the ones mentioned above that need to be fixed. might be because I used a stock 04 ap2. who knows
@@BeJay7 thanks for piping it, I haven’t heard much about this cluster. One of the reasons I wanted to get one, test it, and share it is because there isn’t much info. I definitely appreciate the comment and piping in.

It is surprising how well the S 2000 design hold up still looks fantastic and doesn’t really look old

What color and brand paint did u use to paint the intake manifold? Looked awesome!
Are you keeping the bushing in stock?. I tried placing an order during christmas, and the lead time was more than I wanted to wait.
