- Join us as we share the epic tale of a successful Tahr hunt in New Zealand! Joel and I embarked on this incredible adventure (Joel's first to NZ) and returned successful with mature bulls. A big shoutout to Mountainman, Doug Read, Stu from Swaro, Steve D, Adam G, and Al Forbes for their help along the way. The South Island Mountains were humbling, the weather was mint, and while the hunting was bloody tough, the rewards of our planning, training, and hard work made it all worthwhile. Enjoy!
