I absolutely agree with Tony, and it pertains to working with animals as well as people. I own a pet sitting business and emotion/engagement matters not only during the consultation with the human but also when we walk into the house for each pet sit. Animals can sense emotion and if a pet sitter walks in with a bad attitude things can go sour quickly. Walk in with a good presence and the animals can sense it and the visit is much better.

It was online a few months ago. It was about 35 minutes long. I’ve looked for it on their channel but I can’t find it. I wish salesforce would make it available again.
