Kathy and Nancy…EVERYTHING you shared was awesome…and adorable…the retreat sound’s wonderful… so sorry you are having problems Nancy…they are no fun…we need two adult life times to stitch the beautiful things you two showed…be safe, best wishes and happy stitching ❤❤
Hi, Ladies, Don't apologize for going long...I love seeing all your stitchy goodness and inspiration. Yes, I loved the bee quilt!! It has inspired me to pull my blocks out come the new year and finish my bee quilt. Loved seeing all the stitching themed patterns. Thank you for sharing. You ladies are a joy to watch!
When I was listening on my headphones I could barely hear Nancy, even with the sound turned all the way up. But when I took it off my headphones she was much easier to hear, although quiet. Maybe she was further away from the microphone? Love all the stitching! So many patterns and love all the different crafts represented. So wonderful to see!
Great video, I enjoyed every minute! Great projects! I love your pattern parade of stitch, sewing theme patterns, I want them all! Again, I love your combination of stitching, quilting, and wool projects! Have fun stitching! ♥️🪡♥️
I enjoy seeing all you projects. Thank You Nancy for showing your cross stitch on Aida. I find the linen more difficult and less fun to stitch on. You are inspiring me to work on an embroidery project I have started. Look forward to your next video.
Hi, Lori from Once Upon a Stitch mentioned you. So here I am, I enjoyed a lot your video. I do not quilt, but I like to watch the quilts people do. All your finished projects are so beautiful. I will be coming back!!!
Hi ladies! I loved the long video and all the stitching-related patterns and kits you showed (not to mention the FFO’s - holy moly that lavender stitching roll Cathy showed was gorgeous!) I have soooo many patterns to track down now! Have a wonderful couple of weeks!
You not only inspired, you enabled! You both have beautiful finishes & stitchy stash. I was at Hobby Lobby 2 weeks ago, & the gal in the craft/sewing dept told me that HL is restructuring. They are clearing out ALL of the fabric, home Dec fabric, cross stitch & quilting books, & some of the yarn. 😥 She was not sure what else is going. So sad. Marilyn
I love your wool , punch needle and quilting patterns. We are sew sisters. I can no longer cross stitch since I lost the sight in my dominant eye last year but I love your projects too. Hobby lobby sells wooden swag rounds you can use to display your wool themed circles.
What a wonderful video! I loved everything you showed! Great inspiration! I too had the pattern for your bee quilt, but never got it done and gave the patterns and what I’d stitched away. After seeing yours I wish I had it back. It’s just beautiful! And I also found the video, watched, and am now working on my Kria Shawl! Her video is fantastic and your right the stitching is fun and relaxing! Thank you for all you have shared! Have a great time at your retreat! Safe travels!❤
Hello from N.C. Cathy and Nancy! Another brilliant FlossTube, thank you so much. Your video checks all the boxes for me because I love all needlework. I’m also a big Crabapple Hill fan, I have made their Over the River embroidery quilt, and currently working on their Winter Wonderland embroidery quilt. Thank you for sharing your incredible talent with us.
Hi girls. What a great video. So much eye candy and you give me lots of inspiration. I have been looking for the Prairie Schooler Pins and Needles and haven’t been able to find it. It’s one of my unicorn patterns. Keep up the fantastic enabling. I love watching you guys. Happy stitching. ❤️🏈🎃🍂🪡
So many beautiful pieces ladies ! Cathy I watched the designer of your quilt yesterday and I so want to make it! Your Crabapple wool case is extraordinary. Well done. The Bee quilt embroidery very pretty...but 10 grandkids....! Lol With your 4th video it's interesting to see your personalities coming out. How you will adapt to working together. What you can learn from each other.
Love seeing all your projects and you always add thing to my to do list. I also the Bee-utiful Quilt but unlike you mine is sandwhiched but still not quilted but is on my 2023 to be completed list.
Fun video. I love seeing all the different patterns. I have nothing planned for December so I may just join your stitch along. Sewing room projects are going to be my focus in 2023.
Hello ladies, that Jardin Privé design is merely saying Embroiderer's ABC. Great show. I loved all the things you showed. Unfortunately, I think I can only manage to live to about 120 max.
I've used freezer paper for years. Kim makes the best sheet, but you can buy Reynolds freezer paper from the grocery store. By the Reynolds foil, Ziplocs, it's great to have it on a roll to like for big pieces. I've traced out my bigger pieces then draw on the smaller pieces when your finished w the bigger one. The freezer paper I get in the grocery store is pricey so by cutting the smaller after your done w bigger ones you can be a bit frugal and save $ to buy more wool, patterns, .......lol
I personally love the long video's I stitch to them, and pause and look up stuff you're showing LOL And I love your video's I also love doing many different crafts and you showing everything you like to do is such a joy to watch.
You are both the best enablers! I'm loving your videos! Have a great time at your retreat Cathy. Nancy....I feel your pain! I have the same to achilles and knee issues! Not liking this aging thing too much! 💗
Great tip on the freezer paper! I have a large roll of this but probably can cut it into size that would go through the printer. Beautiful wips and finishes!
Hi ladies! You two get so much accomplished in your projects. You're very inspiring to see! Since volume has been mentioned by others and you've attempted to address the problem: I've watched you since you both started this channel and I've just turned the volume up because you all are harder to hear. It may just be the device you're recording on. Most flosstubers/tv shows/movies I watch between volumes 8 - 12 and I have you bumped clear up to 30. It's frustrating to get the complaints when you've done what you can to remedy it. I'll keep watching you! Turning the volume up isn't a deal breaker for my stitching happiness. 😄
Hi Nancy and Cathy. Great seeing all your stuff again. I’ll Jane to see if I have that pattern to do a stitch along with you. I call them start slings since it’s hard ti stay focused and keep up haha Happy early birthday. I can’t keep up with all you do but it’s sure fun seeing it. I’ve been dealing with aches and pains at 57 so old is a good word for it. Sitting is my issue. It actually hurts more when I sit so I need to find things I can do standing up! Ugh. Have a great retreat Cathy. Sue wish I could attend a retreat sone day. Still holding out hope but for now I’ll just keep stitching
Hi ladies soooo sorry I've been watching since the beginning on my tv.....Ned to figure out how to like on tv Ok love everthing. Got a wool appliqué kit to try ...fingers crossed Your quilts are everything .
An idea about the antiquing spray, Celeste (Celeste Creates) used the spray in a mister that she purchased through Amazon...she spoke about it in her most recent Flosstube. Great video, ladies!
Oh my gosh! Your finishes are wonderful ladies! Well done! Love your wip rotation to get them done! Thank you for sharing!😍 I might join the sal but that. Would mean I have to buy another chart🤪🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️happy stitching!
I’m so sad I am moving and won’t have internet for quite some time….I’ll miss you ladies and all of your wonderful crafts 😘😘I’ll look you up as soon as I can 👍👍
Hi Cathy & Nancy 👋🏼. ANOTHER Great video. I emailed a picture of my Thomas finish & Cathy replied. We have a lot of the same patterns but I am more prim maybe than you two are. 💞. Have fun in Amana!!!
Hi ladies! I am a little late to the party here so not sure if this has been mentioned in the comments. The name of your sewing mouse is The Birdhouse Mouse Pincushion by Natalie Bird of The Birdhouse. She is a fellow Australian so I enjoy her patterns as well as those by Anni Downs and Gail Pan. Enjoying your videos so much 🌷
Cute Turkey, pretty table topper, quilts, ornaments. Nice finished stitch, wips & very nice FFO's. I stitched the LHN kit of Needles & Pins also, it did come w/ floss, chart, and the 3 pins - - I have not made it an FFO yet. Fun Chart Parade. I want a scooter too, lol, my left knee has been misbehaving for weeks, but it gives me more time to sit & stitch. Enjoy the Retreat!!!
Love all you show. You are both so darn talented. Hope your ankle and knee problems improve. I cross stitch and do a bit of knitting, but I love to see all types of crafts. Enjoy your retreat. Wow in three weeks you will have a ton to show. Looking forward to seeing it all!

I have that pattern I’m going to have to get it out and stitch it…..Cathy that elephant is adorable !! enjoy your retreat..safe travels..I’m already anticipating your next video 😊
Your Thomas turned out gorgeous, Nancy. So much inspiration from both of you. I found that little stuffed elephant pincushion on etsy. I'm going to have to get that! So cute. I like doing bindings, even though they take a long time I prefer to do the second side by hand. I just find that relaxing. Love how you gals show so much variety of needlework!

Cathy you are so talented and your projects have opened a new portal in my world of sewing. Nancy you have such beautiful work and I love the organizing tips. Hi Barbara! Nancy chooses two WIPs to work on for a month and works on them for five days at a time. She has another piece she stitches on Sunday and she may throw a small or two in the mix. She has been making great progress on her big WIPs!
You both are so talented and inspiring. All of your projects and stitching is beautiful. I've gone back and binged watched all your videos from your very first one and enjoyed them all. I particularly loved seeing all of your sewing themed patterns, so fun!

Anticipating your next flosstube while I binge watch y'all!!!
Can hear you much better. Stitching and quilting is gorgeous.
I can’t hear Nancy either. But I enjoyed all the makes. Thanks
