Instead of trying to make easy money on OnlyFans, maybe Rubi Rose and other "influencers" can get real jobs so that they don't have to worry about straight men making moves on them. Celebrities get followed around by paparazzi all the time.
Remember that. Not to sound like an "incel". But you look into alot of men and women being crucified. You will find an ulterior motive by governments, companies and secret societies trying to divide men, women, races, cultures, you name it. In the end. The powers that be want people alone. For people to be thralls. Men suicidal and exploited. Women depressed and sexualized. Races, cultures and creeds divided. Because they know when men have purpose, when women nurture, when cultures and creeds keep people disciplined and supported. Humanity could transcend any barrier.

If this was just a marketing stunt it's truly despicable. This whole thing had so much thought put into it there's no way they didn't know it would have that effect to some degree.
This is the first thing I thought of. Stalking is incredible common and terrifying. It can leave long lasting damage to a persons pysche. Making a joke out of it aint it.
Definitely hilarious. In a cringe, enjoying seeing the world burn kinda way. Or maybe it's just me. All I know is. You hear all these onlyfans slags going on about how much money they are making. How many simps they have. And sure. There might be truth to it. But it is mostly fabrications. To funnel well meaning women into degeneracy, dilapidation and degradation. So that they are exploited beyond recognition. All in a bid to cater for deranged wealthy men, with obscene sexual fantasies. And to normalize women and girls to accept said vileness. that's what I originally thought, but a lot of people are saying that this is Brandon and he's gaslighting tf out of the interviewer. those true life and beavis and butt-head clips disprove his claim that he wasn't on true life.
I have a couple questions, although I am not too deeply researched into this topic: 1. Not saying Brandon is not telling the truth, but why are we so quick to assume that he is right in everything he says when in this video he doesn't really provide any evidence? 2. Why would the company go through this much effort and potentially open themselves up to a defamation lawsuit just to promote some potential traffic to her OF? 3. Why would he get an actual permanent tattoo if this was all fake? it just doesn't make too much sense to me
I dunno man, I think he might be ashamed and pivoting it to not look bad, if that's a real tattoo, I would have a hard time believing it's a marketing stunt

Yeah, if it was a marketing stunt there's absolutely NO reason for it to be a real tattoo. Not only is it more costly, it's also permanent, and time consuming as you have to wait for the tattoo to heal. I don't buy his story at all.
I mean everything you comments say are generic and anything the people that reply say like “u didnt watch the video yet” is equally as generic as the OP comment. Damn.

And Charlie and everybody covering the implosion of the story extended the PR stunt into a second round of news cycles and internet coverage. If it's a PR move, it's actually kind of brilliant the way they're getting more mileage out of it than if it was just a one-stage scandal. And internet content makers eat this shizz up because it gives them something to post, thereby walking right into the PR trap.
So let me get this straight, a company ruined someone's reputation for a precedent of a marketing trick that looked like a creepy situation? no way maaaan

I’m still a little bit skeptical. If this was meant to be just a publicity stunt, why would he get a real permanent tattoo? If you really want to add a tattoo to sell the story, who would be able to tell if it was a fake one?
it was on the back of his leg, and he got paid 20,000 for it. Apparently he enjoyed the 3 hours of hanging out with her (not in a weird way though), that might have been a motivation that might have led him to doing it and to be honest the tattoo looks more like a woman from like the middle east or something than Rubi Rose and I don't see her name anywhere, it's very hard to tell if it is. If somebody showed me the tattoo I'd maybe think it's his middle eastern wife or friend or something. I think if you were absent minded and misinformed enough you'd do this. I'd probably do the same too, just getting a permanent tatto of this random person for $20,000 is probably all he knew at the exchange. Why would anyone who knows her. Give her a shred of affection after she exposed herself to be someone with not only no sense of preservation. But also any self respect.
Charlie, I am usually a big fan of your videos but I've got to say that I have extreme doubts this guy is being honest. Not even for the fact it seems outrageous a company would do this, which it's not. in fact, it's more common than you think, you'd be surprised by how much of celebrity culture is typically PR moves. but for one big factor that I haven't really seen anyone bring up. typically if a company was to do something like this they get you to sign an NDA basically so situations like this wont happen. the NDA will typically specify a time limit where you're not allowed in the public eye or a limit you're not allowed to "break character" for. it's extremely unbelievable that this guy is able to go on such a large platform and talk about this publicly with no legal repurcusions. I know this because I work in marketing and have worked on PR stunts for album promotions (nothing as deceptive as this). Either this dude is lying, the press is still part of the marketing stunt or he's about to get into a lot of legal trouble.
Some counterpoints: 1) Who’s to say he isn’t breaking the NDA by coming on the podcast? You sort of say that as if it’s a given. If he truly is the sort of dude to get duped like this, if that’s true, then it wouldn’t shock me at all that he would just sign whatever they ask and not read in depth or realise or care about any repercussions. Honestly, watching the interview… he doesn’t seem like the sharpest tool in the box. People break NDA’s all the time, by accident and on purpose, and if he didn’t get paid much in the first place, he won’t be on the hook for much legally. Breaking an NDA isn’t as disastrous as many people seem to believe- I’m in the law profession 2) Maybe I’m being presumptuous here, but isn’t it quite a lot to assume that Rubi Rose, an onlyfans creator, would go to the lengths of even creating an NDA in the first place? The way it comes across to me is that it was a photo, with a screenshot of the spending amount, to be tweeted out. Simple, quick, not a big deal. I doubt that they realised how big it would suddenly blow up and become. Obviously since then, perhaps, but originally I really doubt they realised a tweet would become the front page of the internet 3) How can this guy prove a negative? You can’t ask him to prove he’s *not* the top spender for rubi rose, you can’t ask him to prove those texts *arent* real. It’s on rubi rose to prove he is the top spender. Short of showing the interviewer his bank account statements, or getting OnlyFans themselves to give a statement, how can the dude prove he didn’t spend 60k? It’s kind of a silly task. If I claim you, SleekFasak, spent $12k on rubi rose, how would you disprove me? That’s the situation the guy is in
@@toziassmittwhat are u making counterpoints about? yeah he could’ve broken the nda and could be in legal trouble, but how’s that a counter point when the original commenter already said that? also, counterpoint to ur counter point. he could easily prove he’s not the top spender on only fans LOL idk im not sayin this dude is def lying, but my interpretation thru his nj interview, his body language is weird, his speech patterns also raise suspicion. if i was a betting man, i would say this man is a fucking weirdo we originally thought he was
My guess is either: (a) This was a two-part PR move: First, the initial story that gets everyone talking about the client, Ruby Rose. Then, second, they screw the guy over knowing he'll do exactly what he's doing, thereby extending the PR push into a second cycle rather than letting the story fade quickly away like so many other momentary scandals in the relentless and hyper-paced mediascape of 2023. Even if they ended up having to pay him something, to them that would just be the cost of the PR and probably would be cheaper than many other options while standing out in the news cycle much more (bang for the buck!). Or (b) stuff happened exactly as we were originally told and now dude is lying to save face. To me, as someone who spent a decade plus as a Game Designer for Activision, EA, and various satellite studios and saw a lot of how PR/marketing worked at that level (i.e. shady af and mostly BS), neither option would surprise me.

"did the company expect to lie about him without him speaking up", honestly, that's not hard to believe, especially once you realise just how explosive clout can be, with the original story being spread, vs he's response once things have died down.
I mean does he really have any proof? The companies can show the transactions and the messages pretending it’s him (assuming his side of the story is the truth) and there is simply no way he can argue against it unless there’s some sketchy stuff we didn’t notice which i highly doubt because if it blew up the internet would obviously find sketchy parts, he just can’t do anything about it. But if he does have any proof then go ahead, enlighten me

So you believe this guy was spending 60k dollars a month what is he some kind of millionaire where does he 60 k you don't ask these questions instead you act like a dumb ass on the internet not applying logic to your assumptions
In marketing there are different goals and objectives when producing an advertisement. It's not always to get people to buy the product. It could be to promote and generate brand awareness or, to cross-sell/up sell to current consumer base. So while it might not have had anyone join directly it could have influenced people who have never heard of Ruby Rose to look her up. Or etc.
The funny thing with fake story is that, no matter how fake it is, you can bet good money than way worse really happened at some point in time and you'll never know
Wow that is royally fucked up because not only someone's rep is entirely ruined as the 'stalker' but now people will be more likely to disbelieve actual stalked victims, thanks Ruby.
@@Acid_PunchIt may not be her fault entirely but she knew this was happening to her and understood everything going on and agreed to it. She could have not agreed about this story on her out of respect to real victims.
The fact they went to such lengths to COMPLETELY ASSASSINATE this man's character, and immensely discredit the very real dangers these women might face is just despicable. Maybe the saddest thing is I guarantee this worked, given I would have never heard of her in my entire life without this stunt, and I'm sure I'm not the only one here in that boat.
I mean, not surprised false rape allegation have exist since a long time ago even before internet but for some reason nobody seems to care to solve false accusations problems, so something like this is not surprised, disgusting yes, something to be shock? NO
@@rickrolledyasoul agreed- the record studio that was responsible for this needs to be held accountable including ruby rose. she just did a huge disservice to any other content creators going through stalking situations like this.
Charlie is definitely overthinking it. The logic is definitely that a large group of people will see the story and think it's funny and interesting, and some of those people will also think 'ooh, she's hot, and she has an onlyfans.' The story could be about literally anything onlyfans related, and if the story was broadly interesting, it would have the same effect. They should thank Moisty for all the free advertising.
I find it baffling that Charlie dismisses people not believing the interview, when many people, including HIM, fully fell for the initial story and dissmised the people doubting the veracity of the story then. At this point, the message should be that you can't fully believe anything in the Internet, nothing at all, even tho everyone knows this, yet nobody applies it at the same time.
Right. He’s so like “ I told you so” but made a video on it with a whole entire narrative the millisecond it happened.., and I love that he’s just blindly agreeing with this too. No everyone is an idiot for still believing it because one dude had an interview on no jumper lmaoo
@@drek273literally.. like EDP said that his leaked messages were "fake" too. why are we just taking this dudes word at face value?? 😭😭 HE GOT A TATTOO OF HER FACE 😭😭
If there was no legal contract outlining exactly what the plans were with him formally agreeing, he can absolutely sue her for defamation. And I hope part of it is he gets them to pay for covering the tattoo. If he’s telling the truth, there’s a lesson to be learned here. HOWEVER, part of me can’t help but think it was all real. He may not be the guy from True Life, but he could still be an obsessed creep. There are some holes in his story. I’m going to wait for Rubi’s team to respond before I discredit it.
On the contrary, not having any contract would make it difficult to prove this was a planned marketing event in the first place. I'm going to wait for receipts to come in to make a judgement, because right now we just have two people's words, and I don't have a good reason to trust either.
@@Keeki95 not having a contract would make it easier. Essentially they used an innocent picture of him to generate a false image and severely impact his public image in order to make money. Had he had the contract, it'd show that he at least agreed to that. Without the contract this is straight up defamation. Can't just take a picture of a random person and do that.
@@acua3 If it goes to court and we find out that there was some sort of agreement for this to be a marketing event that fits in line with his narrative, then I think you're right that not having a contract would help him with a defamation case. However he'd still be needing to prove that there was some sort of marketing campaign from her and her people, which is more difficult without hard evidence like a contract. My understanding is a lot of the stuff said about him wasn't (yet known) to be posted by her or her associates, though we could find out if there are any connections during discovery in court. I didn't mean to imply the lack of a contract doesn't have some merits in his case, just that right now it could also be a disadvantage to proving his claims while we don't have any hard evidence for either side.
My biggest issue with this entire thing is, why would someone that is not getting paid get a tattoo of the person that is not paying them? It will be there forever and further the story of him being obsessed with her that he now can't get away from.
@@queendefaultdefault1080u ppl gotta be 10 years old there was no contract signed or anything and that would have happened if he was ever planned to get payed

As a marketing advisor myself, I personally think it’s more believable that this guy is embarrassed by all the attention and is trying to clear his name more than someone or an agency using this as a marketing tactic. This ruby rose wanton tart was once flown out by some Thaddeus Thundercock. Her insides dugout. Then abandoned in the middle of nowhere. All in front of the eyes of everyone, on social media.
Breaking an NDA isn’t as disastrous as many people seem to believe- I’m in the law profession
2) Maybe I’m being presumptuous here, but isn’t it quite a lot to assume that Rubi Rose, an onlyfans creator, would go to the lengths of even creating an NDA in the first place? The way it comes across to me is that it was a photo, with a screenshot of the spending amount, to be tweeted out. Simple, quick, not a big deal. I doubt that they realised how big it would suddenly blow up and become. Obviously since then, perhaps, but originally I really doubt they realised a tweet would become the front page of the internet
3) How can this guy prove a negative?
@@johnplaysgames3120 What games were you responsible for? Activision has produced a ton of awful games over the years, so I want to make sure you weren't involved in their development or else the public will vilify you.
I have worked in marketing including some viral stuff and the level of low our teams would go make me not only believing this whole thing is fake, but shocked you’d defend that this whole thing is real and how people would rather believe shit like flat earth and Osama Bin Laden being a good guy than the truth which, the truth being this was just a marketing stunt as many are.
Assuming he’s telling the truth, did the company expect to lie about him without him speaking up and set the record straight? Hell, did they expect to not get sued for defamation? I don’t know which to believe at this point
But if he does have any proof then go ahead, enlighten me
I feel like the marketing team told him to say this as well to get more profit and extend the drama further, it is a smart move after all to get more people hooked onto the story.

U sexist
Hell no Believe all men
My biggest issue with this entire thing is, why would someone that is not getting paid get a tattoo of the person that is not paying them? It will be there forever and further the story of him being obsessed with her that he now can't get away from.
he lit said he was had, he thought he was getting paid. He might of been dumb but hes not what they said he is.
@@queendefaultdefault1080u ppl gotta be 10 years old there was no contract signed or anything and that would have happened if he was ever planned to get payed
It's literally in the video, he asked for 15-20k to get the tattoo and thought he was going to get paid, that's why he did it and he has a shit ton of other random tattoos so this wasn't a big deal to him
and some people just don't care that much about their bodies
@@oftheHowl Then he should have made sure he got paid before he went and got the tattoo. Doing it the other way around is really stupid.
They must've had his family hostage to get that tattoo, batman couldn't make me do that
Bros gotta spend a real 190,000$ to get that tattoo removed
As a marketing advisor myself, I personally think it’s more believable that this guy is embarrassed by all the attention and is trying to clear his name more than someone or an agency using this as a marketing tactic. Other than clicks a campaign like this adds little value and is awfully shady especially how the guy explains they didn’t tell him anything. They would be liable to be sued on that basis
Little value? I think millions now know the name Ruby Rose even people that never went to OF. That surely has value
This!! Exactly! Sure, 'marketing campaign'. It is too pat an answer.
he said he asked for 20 grand and that they told him somewhat what they will do,just listen
@@Heihachi_Joestar you know what, you’re probably right. I just try and look at it from an organisational standpoint and a stunt like this makes you liable to sue if this guy wants to. But you’re probably right, I’m thinking too highly of organisational morales in our day and age
@@Yuuki_Asuna yeah I did listen to the whole story and they might’ve had a handshake agreement, but to have not have signed a waiver or contract makes everything hearsay and a bit fishy in my opinion. But maybe the company wanted it this way, not sure
I love that mat let’s his little brother do ad reads for him
You know something is wrong when even Charlie is getting tricked, fooled and bamboozled
It really does read like an episode of N:FY 😂
He is constantly getting tricked, fooled, and bamboozled
He should sue her. I'd love to see this woman pay him 62k in compensation
The inspiration here is a guy, trusting and willing enough to tattoo his leg for someone he just met, in an entirely non creepy way.
That's real inspiration right there.
Dude is not all there in the head
you guys have never had a company you know and support asking you to do unknown things for money so its easy for you to say
When Rubi put out the first tweet with the picture of him and the donation I was sure it was just OF promo but after the follow up with the unhinged essays he texted her I thought there was no way a man would be willing to make himself look that insane in the public eye just for some promo. Now it turns out I was right the first time? These people are sick
I'll be honest, I didn't know who Rubi Rose was at all before this whole thing, so if this was truly all staged for marketing purposes, it worked. I now know of this person's existence.
I still didn't know who she was until I started watching this, and I've seen Charlie's previous vid on this. Didn't remember her name and no reason to look her up.
What's with all these talentless people getting famous for doing nothing?
@mikeirwin2183 its kinda sad. Really. The fact that I'm supposed to call them sex workers now.
im just wondering if this gave her any more subscribers on OF tho. cause i, as well as another commenter, didnt even remember her name after watching charlies last video on it nor did we want to subscribe to her (though i dont care for OF anyways, i dont have a need for it). im sure she probably did get some new subscribers but was it even enough to justify the stunt 😭😭
@@DiamondCake2 Marketing people, this is their jobs, to make everything a good thing to buy, even making non-talent persons on top trending for months as a talent one.
@@kaitlynmorgan4613 Let's take the video of Critikal (yeah I am butchering his name) "Actually Just Sad" which now, December 13th, has 3.6 millions views. Let's imagine each view is a singular person and deduce that at least 0.01% of them willing to subscribe, at least 360 new subscribe just at this video as reference. Now let's considered other youtubers, tiktokers, instagrams, reddits people who covered and well, get at least 1000 more subscribe at least making a very low and bad guess.
“He was used as a woopie cushion for the internet to fart with” 💀💀💀
Its crazy how believable things on the internet have become. I was NOT expecting someone to go this far to direct popularity and money to someone else.

That’s on you
@@MaidenHelllno one would of guessed this lol
Well the only evidence we have is the guys “trust me bro”
So I’m taking that with a grain of salt until more comes out.
I do kinda think he’s lying. Theres no way he would actually get a REAL tattoo of her face on the back of his leg for a stunt. Especially if he didnt know what tf was going on.
Exactly, nothing adds up here
He thought he was getting paid for it
He got paid for the tattoo
He got paid thousands for it. That seems like the most reasonable part of this whole thing.
Even if he got paid for it you would think most reasonable people would stop and go "ok, is that really necessary? After all of this were a coordinated marketing scheme why not just do a fake tat or Photoshop? At best this dude is already a bit of a weird dumbass who was asked to participate and went waaaayyy too far.
What I don’t understand how he is ok with this?! How is he so chill about this whole thing?! How is he not mad?! They told him little to no information and made him look like a lunatic, creepy, stalker without his knowledge and also was lied to by being told he was getting paid for this and then did not get paid! They spread misinformation about this dude. I would have been pissed! I honestly would have sued, because something like this would ruin an individual’s life. They would probably have an extremely difficult if not impossible time finding a relationship after this.
People have done worse for a dollar bill.
Without assuming too much but maybe he thinks its his own fault? Like he basically agreed to it, even if it seemed super fishy
I do have scenarios where bad things happen but i only have my own stupidity to blame for it, which makes me less angry at someone else
Some people are just chill like that or don’t portray how mad they actually are
He comes across like super chill and very naive.
He doesn’t seem to care that much about social media, which (in my personal opinion) is good
I didnt have internet for 2 weeks and guys, life is bigger than shit like this, sitting on your couch not doing nothing at all has more meaning i swear to god
nuh uh
My biggest concern is after he was plastered onto the internet as the "weird creepy stalker porn obsessed weirdo" and he knew that was the portrayal, why would he text her after that? And if the texts are fake why would he get the tattoo mentioned in the text? And do we have a name of the guy that was in that episode? Are we POSITIVE it wasn't this guy? I need some receipts 👀
To be fair, it's pretty easy to fake the text messages. I don't know about all the other stuff though.
Yo watch the whole interview and all of your questions will be answered LMAO
how did you watch the video and miss all the answers to your questions?
@@burp2019don’t believe the answers they don’t add up, his explanation is clearly stupid
Did you not finish the video? Love Charlie’s videos but damn these commenters are braindead

he actually seems like it and all these people thought they were smart enough to know what happened if only we held the evil organizations accountable instead of questioning a random guy
although he was still on the porn addict documentary
@@screamy_ he wasnt tho, its talked about in this video. they are different people

The only problem with me is, He went on a podcast talking in detail about why he was obsessed with her/spent all that money, even if it wasn’t real, he played along really well which makes me believe he definitely wasn’t as oblivious to how they where painting him.
I don't like that such theatrics tend to diminish people's trust when there actually are grounds for serious alarm.
Next time some girl or guy is harrassed by a weirdo - there will be people who would claim this is all fake.

I believe everything should be treated as false until proven wrong rather than treating everything as true until proven wrong. And this applies exactly in this situation, where people assume something to be true
i agree but the general internet populace enjoys grubby disgusting and/or dubious drama.
