Hi Jaclyn! I'm happy to see you back creating bomb ass looks. I don't comment on anything usually (due to anxiety), but I saw your snapchat story about your road to recovery from anxiety and depression and I just really wanted to share what that did for me personally, emotionally. I suffer from severe depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and bipolar disorder, as well as a few other less severe things. This is due to a very traumatic, long background of abuse, neglect, isolation, etc. For as long as I can remember I've had an insufferable amount of pain, I don't remember life without it now. I made 2 attempts in October that put me in the hospital for weeks and a recent one no one knows about. I feel like I'm failing, its hard to keep myself alive everyday, its hard to see the worth in anything but everything about you, that snap reminds me that it is possible for the pain to end, things can get better, at some point life may be worth it. And as small as it might seem, today you gave me a reason to keep living at that really huge, so from the bottom of my heart thank you so unbelievably much. you are what inspired my love for makeup and you are what inspires to me to keep striving for the life I want and to get better. I wish I could give you like a really big hug. I love you and I'm sorry if this message was confusing, I'm crying and really emotional and it was scary to open up about this.
In short you give me hope for a life without pain and with happiness.

Think you could do a look with yellow gold and plum eyes with dark plum lips? It's a super distinct look with a specific kind of gold and not just any vampy lip, it's a dark violet plum. I don't think you've done anything like this and it's a winter look. I'm sure you know the specific colors and look I'm referring to, was hoping to see your picks. I know you did a look with nightmoth lipliner and Revlon black cherry back in the day but you did matte brown eyes I think. I would love to see the colors you choose.

Dani Roberts I'm not sure about the powder but if you have trouble with dryness use coconut oil! You can also use it to take off your makeup, too.
Honestly I have it and my under eye creasing has never been worse but for setting the whole face omg yas it makes my face bullet proof
Dani Roberts it really depends on your skin and how you apply it. Some girls can pile it on like Jac, but some can't. I just use a tiny amount. I take a shadow brush, dip it and tap the crap out of it, then set my concealer. Love it, and IT cosmetics bye bye pores, but I use them very very lightly under my eyes.

red smokey eyes are the best I love red eyeshadow I been wearing red eyeshadow since before everyone on UA-cam was wearing red eyeshadow I had to buy manic panic red eyeshadow on eBay for $10.00 (back in 2012) just to have red eyeshadow back when I bought it cause I couldn't find no makeup brands in stores that had red eyeshadow

Even after I watched your snapchat yesterday where you briefly talked about your anxiety, I felt so much better after listening to you!!
This is a response from your Snap about your anxiety. I've suffered with anxiety/panic disorder since I was 6, it literally controlled every aspect of my life. When I was 19 I was seeing a therapist and learned WHERE my anxiety stemmed from, it's really personal so I won't blast it, but once I learned about forgiveness and finally got to a place where I could actually forgive, my anxiety went down drastically! I was put on Xanax when I was 19 and then took myself off of it when I was 24 then I started taking Lorazepam AS NEEDED, now I can't even tell you the last time I had to take anything! It's been months! This obviously won't work for everyone but I just wanted to share. Most times someone has a phobia (I'm terrified of throwing up, emetophobia) or anxiety/panic disorder and OCD like me, it stems from something traumatic that happened to you. Anyways, thought maybe my story might help someone else so I wanted to share 😘😘 I still have anxiety attacks from time to time, I don't think it will ever go away completely but I'm very thankful it's nowhere near as bad as it was!
