If the pain happens after a fatty meal or beer and it’s consistently lower right, it’s probably Galbladder issues. I had it for about a year and eventually needed my Galbladder removed. Its pain is almost indescribable.
You could say "how do you know it's not life threatening without an examination!?" especially if you're legitimately worried! hope you're ok soon man! PS: Pango doesnt need changing he needs buffing 7 times, no fun anymore 3 swashes no disarm and shitty damage barrier fml!
