Sorry not to good at Russian but is the correct voltage for this actuator 3.5v ?

At the end what was the solution? Clean the contacts?

When installing a new turbine, the drive rod was incorrectly built by the master. I have adjusted the drive thrust according to the manual, the problem has been eliminated.

@@DiagnostNT ok, so that needed a good setting.
I get the same problem with the original turbo and the problem is inside the electronic actuator. So, i am thinking about just swap the thing or let it there.

@@igorl6753 There's an ordinary resistor, so let's say a voltage divider. You can write a voltage divider on the resistor on the Internet. Perhaps the resistive layer has worn a little. This can be checked with an oscilloscope.
We can find me in telegram by my nickname #segapoz. Perhaps I can help you with advice on your photo or video.

I have this error code on my Seat Leon 1.8 TSI. 2014. But the error appears sporadic. The car still has full power. It must be an electric issue. Do I need to replace the actuator? Or is it a problem of the cable?

Hello, it is possible that you have a worn-out resistor on the drive. You need to check it with an oscilloscope.
Perhaps you have a free stroke at the traction, the hinge elements have worn out.
      Please check these two reasons.

@@DiagnostNT if I replace the actuator will it solve the problem? I think this is easier than checking 😁
