VTD is actually a questing and incursions god, I recommend trying him with new builds to see what works best for you. I like to go with healings/ power gains and furies
I used him a lot when I first tried incursions. Damage over time, raw dmg and toxic armor can be pretty nice especially on armored champs. Outside of incursions would be an absolute pain to use on any challenging content

I like him better with precisions. 3 regen, 3 power gain, 3 precision, and 1 fury is pretty optimal for incursions. That way you can get up to sp2 and throw it with the precisions up because the crits with the last two hits of the sp2 are where all your damage comes from, plus the bleeds off of crit. One sp2 absolutely cooked everyone in sector 5 incursions and below for me. He doesn’t really have the sustainability for sector 6 tho. Maybe a duped r3, but herc is just too good for sector 6

I have sorcere supreme at R2 and I gotta tell ya she is one of the safest Maestro counters in the game with her regen and energy resistance. Also hits quite hard once you have 2-3 armor breaks up. Honestly I would've went with Ebony Maw or Kindred as the worst mystic 7*

I’ve had the worst titan luck ever sig 40 Dani all from titan crystals and then I got sig 40 morbius from 100% necropolis the only champ I had and duped already in the whole crystal 😡

I’ve noticed with seven star Black Panther if you’re fighting anyone with accuracy reduction he is pretty much useless and can’t pull any bleed Debuffs on the opponent
I have Venom the Duck too, but, after avoiding him for a while, i finally decided to do the 7* Carina challenges, and he turned out to be way above my expectations. He has a very decent regeneration rate, fury, bleed and drgeneration. He's not great, but he is decent.
Back in the day I ranked up my 4* VtD whilst going through ac t 4. What I found is that if you got the right RNG he was an absolutele beast, but if the RNG didn't go your way and you weren't getting the buffs you needed then you would have an absolutely horrible time.
Just got 7s killmonger and attuma from 2 discount, all skill, great.., plus free longshot. Last time was attuma, its just... is he good? But like I need an attacker dude
Ronin is the only one I'd disagree on. Not the best, but Korg and Hawkeye are still just under him. Korg is an okay defender, when duped. But his thorns aren't super painful at low sig. Not to mention, can be countered easily by light intercepts and energy/ projectile attacks. I'd feel bad for someone if they thought they had to R3 low sig Korg for BG or War defense when Toad, Prof X, Domino, and Ghost exist. As for Hawkeye, like. He's not bad. But he's more about utility than damage. His utility is more applicable for war stuff, but Ronin is the better BG champ. Black Widow relic gives him constant 100% DAAR, as long as he has his dupe, can avoid having to use the sp3 and speeds up his ramp by a ton. Shrug at will, 30% perfect block at will, scales well with suicides, Kate Synergy allows him to refresh his disorient for war content. So, towards the bottom of the barrel? Yes. Worse than Korg? No.
No way Invisible Woman is worse than Spider-Gwen. If we're talking synergized then fine Gwen hits hard, but so can invisible Woman. Within a few days of pulling her as a 7 star (unduped), I took out a R5 Doom in BGs sub-minute. That's not bottom-tier material.

I'm not happy with my Mangog, I'd like to think Sorcerer Supreme is a better champion to actually use than him. Mangog undoubtedly has more defensive value, but at the end of the day, I like to play my champs more than I like placing them on defense.

I wouldn't say he's the worst. First of all, he's a great defender which will always have a use in BGs and War Secondly, he has a lot of utility and damage, like: Non contact hits (perfect for countering Korg, Killmonger, Ibom and Attuma), Power control on his heavy attack (great for power gain characters as well as nodes), Falter, which can be annoying to deal with as well as a good safety net since Maw has lower health, he can use this to counter some hard to dex specials A nullify on his SP1 which nullifies only a few buffs, but when in Black Tongue, he nullifies all buffs An easy ramp up (nullify a buff, cause a miss, and use a heavy attack) His SP2 can hit hard if the opponent is faltered Don't sleep on this guy
Honestly the worst mystic… it’s probably mordo. Maw has use and sorc does too. Mordo playstyle is just too hard compared to all the other mystics for the reward he gives

I mean, VtD got me through my first Necro run quite easily. Everest content means revives are inevitable so I just got my big three buffs first fight (fury/power gain/regen), used a heavy to double them up in the second fight, another in the third and he was a god for the rest of the fights.
namor is still a good champion unawakened. but my problem with him is that his playstyle for damage is not easy and takes practice because of timing. and needing the opponent to throw specials fast and not at wrong moments. so if you play him you have to play him a lot. and thats just not viable these days
"Refuse to ramp up" It's 3 fights. You don't even need to play perfectly. 4 power gain, 3 fury, 2 precision, 1 regen. For casual questing with like 6 fights per path, it's a bit much. But he's soooo much better in incursions where his ramp up and sustain can be better utilized.

Ronin is awesome dude. It requires a high skill ceiling but when you get there his damage gets so crazy. After that sp3 and 7 cruelty passives dude...have you not seen the damage?

Ronin has a very high ceiling, it just requires skill. Same thing for Tigra. Except in my opinion Ronin's ceiling is much easier to reach because it just requires you to be good at intercepting. But I really don't mind if people don't believe me, I'll just be happy with my 50k mediums and nice bleeds along with it xD and that's with a r1 7*.

Ronin is awesome dude. It requires a high skill ceiling but when you get there his damage gets so crazy. After that sp3 and 7 cruelty passives dude...have you not seen the damage?

@@Comicsexplainedshorts it's actually the opposite of that, if you squeezed a lemon and it didn't give up much juice that would mean the ceiling would be very low for the champion. Ronin has a very high ceiling, it just requires skill. Same thing for Tigra. Except in my opinion Ronin's ceiling is much easier to reach because it just requires you to be good at intercepting.
But I really don't mind if people don't believe me, I'll just be happy with my 50k mediums and nice bleeds along with it xD and that's with a r1 7*.
