Josh should know that in the workplace there doesn't have to be a note on something in the fridge to say that it's someone else's. If you didn't bring it it's obviously not yours, so don't eat food in the fridge that you didn't bring. C'Mon Josh, you're supposed to be the smart one!
Josh is someone who is academically smart but not necessarily life-street smart. There were plenty of examples, especially in the early seasons. Even Drake you can argue at least in the beginning was more street smart.
