Dubai Airports gets accreditation by Dubai Autism Center

We are thrilled to announce Dubai Airports has been accredited by the Dubai Autism Center, thanks to a range of new products and services designed to offer a more inclusive airport experience for travellers with hidden disabilities. We have received valuable input from parents and children with autism during our trials and our frontline teams have undergone extensive training to ensure we are ready to provide a safe, seamless and pleasant experience for all!

حصل مطار دبي الدولي على شهادة البيئة الصديقة لذوي التوحد من قبل مركز دبي للتوحد، وذلك لاستيفائه لشروط ومعايير برنامج البيئة الصديقة لذوي التوحد من حيث تقديم تجربة سفر سلسة لأصحاب الهمم من ذوي الإعاقات غير المرئية
ومن ضمن الخدمات التي يقدمها المطار، منح الأولوية عند مكاتب تسجيل الوصول، وتوفير مواقف سيارات مخصصة، وكذلك مخطط شامل لاستعدادات ما قبل السفر، بالإضافة إلى فريق مدرب لتقديم الدعم اللازم وتلبية احتياجاتهم
