@@lunay4723 that's just not true. she gets along with the others just fine, she just has a slow to warm personality which means she needs a little mote time to feel comfortable with strangers. the girls had been in that castle for like a month now or so and got familiar with each other, you can see videos of her talking, laughing and walking with the others while holding hands. that's just a lie if you say she doesn't get along with others. it's tencent who makes it seem like every other trainee hates her by their editing and screentime

I don't know why so many people hate her. That's her personality. She bravely asked what she want to know ( and I guess that there maybe another person wonder it similarly but no one have enough brave to ask), but she did.
In my opinion, she's really a brave girl! And I love girls with strong personality just like her.
I know that after her speech, there are many people who didn't agree with her. But you can't satisfy everybody. Just be yourself and keep going !
A lot of people don’t like her cuz when she said “Am I not good enough?” It wasn’t towards the show. It was towards the shows sponsors, Which is extremely disrespectful. It’s very clear she isn’t suitable to be in a gg an better off as solo because she’s way too competitive. The sponsors are all going to think “who does she think she is to say that”. Her relationship with teammates are going to be extremely toxic and unfriendly.

She's probably the most mature and determined person on this show and girls of her age in general. I really respect that. What she said was literally equivalent to you asking your boss for a raise cuz you think you'd done a good job. And she's ranked #2, so she's definitely done a good job. This is totally normal and encouraged in North American cultural, but somehow still taboo in Chinese culture it seems. I don't like this about Chinese culture. I see nothing wrong with what she said and I hope she continues to do so.
well in asian culture, we dwell a lot in "respect", one of the not so good parts of it is to "never question the decisions of your seniors" (Seniors as in anyone in high positions or age) and to "trust the decision of your seniors" cus we were taught that seniors supposedly knows best and "would never make a decision to hurt us".. any attempt of "questioning" those decisions be it right or wrong will definately be viewed by the older generation as rude or impudent but on the bright side, the current younger generation will grow to become the "older generation" that will encourage and view questioning for your rights as a good thing

From a Chinese perspective she was very rude actually, didn’t respect the elders and asked question where she shouldn’t have asked. She also stirred trouble by wanting know Curley Gao’s ranking which was obviously the number 1 which she wanted. So she already started a fight before they even became a girl group.
In Chinese culture she hasn’t matured yet, as she doesn’t know when to speak and when to be quiet. Her behavior was very childish (I want to be first so I’m “declaring war” against the girl with that ranking).
While I’m not a native speaker, I’m learning Chinese at the moment and the way she said it sounded very aggressive. So she could’ve chosen less provoking words and a more gentle speech.
I’m European and even though I think she should definitely question why she doesn’t get any commercials, she shouldn’t have done it there and her behavior was very rude and extremely childish (again about the matter with Curley). You can definitely say that you will keep working hard and are very competitive but she shouldn’t have involved someone else in it.
The way she's voicing out against the sponsors (and in some ways, the production team, I suppose) is something that is emerging within Asian culture and this generation of young people. There are different ways of going about it and she's definitely on the more aggressive side though, personally, I think it's still considered "okay" in the sense that she's kind of also criticising the unwritten standards set by sponsors; she's asking, if what you want is popularity which I can prove through my votes, why is it that I do not get a chance? Many of the girls were shocked but many also said "omg I'm her fan now" when she challenged the sponsors. So, that was still ok (and definitely good for show given how the pd did not edit it out?)
But when she was asking for Gao's ranking... it does come off as aggressive in a more negative way. Even if it's a dog eat dog world... it's quite a dangerous line to tread. In so many of these shows with girls, being portrayed as having a fiery and competitive personality rarely ended well.
i get that people are hating on her but honestly we just gotta accept the fact that this is her personality, she's a straightforward and brave person, she just wanna say what's on her mind you know? and before u haters comment about her why dont you take a few mins to scroll down and read the explanation in the comments instead of using the time to hate on her gosh

I don't know her, so I can't speak confidently on this, but (hypothetically speaking) if she's likely to have clashes with other members, maybe the show has a good reason? Making a group that works is not just about getting talented people together...it's also about getting people who can work well together. JYP has talked about this too. Personality is a major factor in deciding who makes it to JYP groups. But since this show is marketed as viewers' choice...they really shouldn't try to manipulate people (well...beyond trying to make the show interesting I guess lol)
Chuang 2020 already have their winners even before the show started. They didn't want Chen Zhuoxuan to win that's why they didn't give her too much exposure. Bruuuhh!!! All Chuang judges are bias.
I personally dont hate her or anything, after watching till EP6 (Part 2). I realised that she really do not appear on any shoot on magazine, less cam time on the show or even endorsement. I personally believe is her personality and the "scandal" (She took part in a singing competition did cause a scandal) she has before joining this show and it does show that she do not work well with other trainee. I believe the product sponsor just not interested with her due to whatever various reason.
From what I heard she hasn’t receive many sponsors cuz many have seen her not interacting or working together with other trainees especially with this program they r creating a girl group not a soloist 🤷🏽♀️

She has the guts because she knows she's talented. We can't deny the fact that she's multifaceted. She sings soulfully, she can play the piano, she can act and dance. I love her confidence. People tend to side with someone who lacks something like curley gao whose visual is not on par with most of the girls, but is talented. Many people tend to dislike or find a flaw in someone who almost seem perfect. Chen ZX is almost perfect, hence many people try to find flaws in her like this one.. her confidence is considered a bad personality when in fact many people have more daring thoughts who just wanted to play safe. I stand with her. She's undeniably skilled, talented and visually appealing for me. 💖 (P.S. I like Curley, I'm just speaking in general terms about people finding a flaw in someone who seems perfect)
You're right though. People tend to vote for those they can identify with. CZX is just too straightforward and direct for a lot of Chinese people, plus she's really just great on every front. She doesn't do the whole faux humble thing, she knows her talents, her value, and her weaknesses. In China it's just about unthinkable to speak up against the rich and powerful, but CZX isn't afraid.
I mean tldr she's just not the easy to swallow demure personality that's in favour in China. But I think it's heartening that she's ranking high anyway, I believe it's because the outspoken younger generations are voting for her.

They tend to evil edit people and there are many behind the scenes that we don’t know. She is a leo. I don’t think you understand it. She gonna say whatever on her mind and she ain’t gonna stop. Because she believe on herself. Just like how she said, that being in 5-days-class wasnt a failure but her acknowledging her limits. She knows exactly what she wants for herself and understand her limits.

As for the lack of curley or nene ads, what is have to do with zhouxuan? They should speak up like her (though i know not everyone has the courage to speak it publicly like that). You see how every trainees was shocked at how she called out sponsors? Cause she was so brave. They wish they could speak their problem with the shows like her. She isn’t arrogant, she have the rights to ask about it (esp since she ranked #2) and as she said, she will continue to walk until one day she feels like she is proven to HERSELF(not to others) that she is satisfied.

I had one reason to watch this show and it was Zong Feifei, but make it two now. This girl is brave, strong and confident and inspirational!! I hope she debuts!
She has been receiving so much hate since this. But on the flip side of things the show has gained a lot of attention. It’s sad they chose her to evil edit and become the villain to create drama and draw attention. After this show ends she most likely will be scarred and won’t be as confident and bold as before...
Well her actual speech was even more aggressive than the English translation, so they didn’t actually evil edit her. They even showed Tao’s opinion to turn it down
@@anncabras3961 Actually, her words weren't that aggressive at all. They were accusatory but her delivery softened it a lot. It's just that as much as we admire straightforwardness, it's hard to really call out superiors in society. Everyone was mostly surprised that she had the audacity to complain about lack of fairness in exposure in an environment where you probably don't want to offend any higherups by calling out their decision. Zitao was also right in warning her that she might not want to offend the higher-ups in the future to play it safe.

She barely has screentime compared to the other girls. She's one of the top, yet she barely and doesn't have ads like the other girls. What do you want her to do? She knows something was wrong and was brave enough to call out the program about it. I bet many trainees agree with her. Some trainees get more screentime than necessary and some have barely 2 minutes screentime in one episode. Chen Zhouxuan spoke her mind and the thoughts of many trainees.
Her courage is very admirable. If she wants to shine, she has to get a hold of any opportunity so she is very brave to speak something like this.

I need people to stop hating on her, but even the mentors applauded it. What she said was reasonable. None of the other girls "deserved" the commercials, so why did they get them? Just admit that Chen Zhuoxuan was used for clout and after they did that, they abandoned her. If the other girls got the commercials so early in, Chen Zhuoxuan well deserved those commercials too. Even though her speach was rigid, she stated that she felt it was unfair. It was too early on in the show to be choosing favorites and she saw that. The mentors have even commented that in this generation of the entertainment industry you have to fight for your recognition and fight for you to be seen. She did nothing wrong and even though people think she spoke rudely, it wasn't directed to them so they have no say and no right to attack and call her rude.
Her personality was very incredible. She is mature than the other trainers. She is brave, beauty, clever, can sing, can dance and straight forward. I like that kind of person. She is diamond. U can't see anyone just like her. Speak the truth and brave. She is the mature trainer from this Chuang 2020. I bravely said that she will definitely be the most successful trainer from this Chuang 2020. Love that personality.

I really admire her straightforwardness. I’m similar to her but my parents always told me how I would be disliked by others if I were to say certain things which I believe is true. I’ve seen comments where people are scolding her for her lack of manners, saying that she’s selfish, etc. However, the way czx put it was more of a simple question(Am I not good enough yet?) rather than something like “why don’t I get to film more ads while the others do”. I’m pretty sure the other contestants would want to be in ads as well. However, the difference between czx and the other contestants is that czx was brave enough to admit her feelings despite the obvious backlash she might get.
I hope every international fan praising her for her attitude go vote at least once for her, because the c-fan hate boat has already sailed 😥

For this speech, I think it was really brave of her to voice her true thoughts. She’s a realist and everything she’s said on this show is very realistic which I respect. I’m sure there were other trainees wondering the same who were afraid to speak up!
About the live-streams, when she talked about Curley in her livestream she was not throwing shade or hating on Curley. I feel like if you understand chinese well you would know she was speaking in a joking manner and she was saying the fact that Curley got boba after shooting a commercial made her want to shoot a commercial even more but she had nothing against Curley. She even said she really liked Curley vocals and wanted to work with her in a group in the future.
During Nene’s live when Chen Zhuoxuan came in, I don’t think she was trying to interrupt because nene had already said goodbye to her viewers and she was also going over time. The person behind the camera also was telling nene that Chen zhuoxuan was next. Of course the situation could have been handled better if she didn’t step into the camera or something but I don’t think she had bad intentions for either. The workers organizing the live streams could have done better with this as well.
Everything she did that caused her to be in this situation could have been handled better, however I still don’t think she did anything wrong or bad in particular! Obviously because of the situation she’s in, people are paying extra attention to everything she does or says so I think she should be more careful now and not just speak what’s on her mind because it could come out wrong or be interpreted in the wrong way! Also, Chen Zhuoxuan is not my bias or favorite or anything, I love her vocals but I did not write this as a big fan of hers, I have a neutral perspective.

I love it. This was the highlight of episode 04 for me. Brings a smile watching this again.
