This is the most poorly constructed message by Apostle Renny. The message was excellent, the delivery was not the best. The Jezebel spirit has no gender, it can operate through males as well, so telling wives to submit to a husband who is himself heading his household through witchcraft is dangerous and irresponsible. Leaving out unmarried men and women is also textbook cliché and assuming all Christians can have children to illustrate an important truth about Church community is disappointing. Also, conveniently ignoring that Jezebel used Ahab’s authority and neglecting to preach to men about not being an Ahab. Extremely important! Ahab was also in rebellion to God’s authority, and he had plenty of power. What are wives married to a rebellious man supposed to do, according to the Word? It was not clear at all. God said Ahab was WORSE in his eyes than Jezebel for provoking the entire Israelite nation against God. It was Ahab held responsible, not his pagan wife. Jezebel was not an Israelite so her rebellion was out of covenant from the start. Where was the part about the qualification for Elders, Leaders and Apostles to submit? That is also written in The Word. But it wasn’t explained. He did not take any time to explain husbands submitting to the authority of Church Elders appointed by God, FIRST before even taking a wife. Typical. Churches overcounsel wives and undercounsel husbands 🙄 then wonder why we allegedly make it hard to tap into the anointing or be shepherded. Also, absolutely NO mention of how to manage submitting to wayward false teachers, Prophets, Apostles and Church leadership entirely out of God’s order. Just a vague, “God put them there...” and no guidance on spotting wolves in sheep’s clothing. Sure, it’s in the Word, alongside, “touch not my anointed” and “thou shall not forsake the gathering of the believers as some do”, so what are the saints supposed to do? He took 10 minutes to lecture wives, and used 1 minute to talk about “masters” (really, this is about bosses as opposed to someone you are, say, trying to coparent and raise children with) and slaves. Wives are helpmates, not slaves or paid employees. Absolutely NO mention of HOW husbands are supposed to water their wives with the word in submission to God, give themselves up for their wives like Christ UNTO death, treating wives well for the sake of the husbands’ relationship with the Lord (so that their prayers are not hindered). Just the usual, “Wives must submit” with no context or practical application given. As someone who needed insight into the practicality of submission and authority, I now have more questions than answers (And am not sure where to find them because I will be accused of being rebellious) * sigh *.

@@stargirl3459 el problema especifico en la iglesia es , que se utiliza mal la autoridad, si tu no te sometes te senalan de rebelde, yo la tuve con un lider de casa de paz, asistia puntual todos los martes a las reuniones, un martes no pude ir el dolor de cuerpo era intenso, el otro dia el bendito lider de casa de paz, me regano y me dijo de todo, orgulloso religioso y soberbio, hermana como yo me voy a someter a alguien asi?? y lo que me extrano es que no oro por mi dolor fisico, no tuvo la gentileza de ver que me pasaba en mi salud, yo llegue a la iglesia hace 32 anos y desde que tengo memoria, colaboro y sirvo en todo porque es biblico, lo que no es biblico e inapceptable es el mal uso de la autorida, si usted me quiere aconsejar se lo aceptare de corazon.
Jesus se sometió al padre y no al hombre. No podemos confundir esto. Muchas religiones hacen que los creyentes se sometan a la religión. Sometámonos a Al Padre, al hijo y al Espíritu Santo.

Jajaja de verdad que es impresionante que hoy dia gente como usted ricardo sigan criticando y se lo explico porque Jesus se sometio a juan el bautista , se sometio a pagar los impuesto que envio a pedro a sacar la moneda del pez , se sometio aquellos que le apresaron cuando pedro le corto la oreja al soldado , jamas podras someterte obedecerle a Dios que no lo ve sino te somete a las autoridades que fueron puesta por El
eloiber prieto lo que usted explica parece lógico pero no es así. Pablo les explica a los corintios que cuando vives una vida expresando servicio al hombre eres total mente carnal. Ósea, falto de espíritu. Luego les dice: así que no cuenta el que planta , no cuenta el que riega, sino solo Dios que es el que hace crecer (1corintios 3.5...) los ejemplos suyos están total mente fuera de contexto. Le explico el último ejemplo que usted puso, para que vea lo mal que está. Usted remplazo la frase “amar” por “Someter” el verso real dice: si no puedes amar a quien ves como puedes amar a Dios que no ves ( 1juan 4.20) Hermano, el verdadero amor, entre humanos, no tiene bajo sometimiento a Nadie....
