Then he told her he just wanted to say hello after that MBL incident. Tita Joni said in Kristv that before STO he was already contacting Liza, pero hindi pa pwede mag entertain ng boys. Ayaw gawin ang STO dahil busy daw but when Miss Van mentioned Liza's name gagawin agad, an opportunity to be closer to her and the rest is history.

Then the universe connived and the two had the opportunity to work together in She's the One which further fueled his interest on Hopie so much so that he requested Tita Malou to pair him up with Hopie in a project and I can also safely say,and the rest is history.
