Always enjoyed your property tours dude and these new guides are really informative - not totally sugar coating everything and giving people an honest account of each area is appreciated.
I want to tell it as it is! LA has its good and bad and the people need to know it all! Mainstream news won't tell you how popular Venice is and how many people that live in LA actually end up moving there!
I thought it's about Venice in Italy but it would be great to travel to the same place in this video. Thanks for sharing the useful information.😀👍👍
You need a lot of money to be safe there.
You skipped showing all the best shops and restaurants on Rose Ave from Whole Foods to about 4th Ave. And how are you not even going to once mention Golds Gym Venice? Probably the most famous gym in the world. Not to be harsh but common man, this is literally your job as a REA.
I definitely mentioned all of that haha
Venice or Santa Monica which is best to live ?
Depends what you're looking for in a city, generally though Santa Monica is nicer but more expensive.
My personal favorite is Santa Monica, less crowded, a bit calmer and cleaner
Take it from a local-stay away from Venice
