Yes there will be separate time period will be given to apply for photocopy and Revaluation , you can apply for Revaluation in that given time period

Separate time period will be given to apply for retotalling, re evaluation and photocopy .So apply for re evaluation in that particular prescribed time period .I have explained it in video, please watch it from 2:28 minutes..
