Awesome video!! Well done!
I like train videos on UA-cam 😁
T speed limits are for the Talgo trains on this route.
Very good videos
what does T-30 mean in tine first shot
It means all trains 30 mph in the interlocking. From the west bound absolute signal to the east bound absolute of the drawbridge limits.
@@MrLudwigVonSchnauzer The T speed limits are for Talgo trains. They are generally faster than the normal passenger trains through the curves due to their tilting technology. They are only seen on UP/BNSF from Eugene OR to Vancouver, BC.
@@ScottJohnson4449 I should have been more specific. Yes the T means Talgo. All trains are restricted to 30mph in manual interlockings from 5.1 to 9.6.
@@MrLudwigVonSchnauzer Great to hear from another railfan who knows his stuff. I always enjoyed the Talgos hot footing at 70 along Front Ave not too far out from Union Station in Portland. Some quick running before the long curve up to the bridge over the Willamette, then up to 70 again through the cut in St. johns, then the crossing into Vancouver.
