- Hello guys, in this video I show you how I pull down bullets from the 9mm dummy rounds I made on my new Lee Six Pack Pro 6000 press. I'm using the RCBS Collet Bullet Puller this puller is designed so the reloader can easily pull jacketed bullets from brass cases without damaging either. The puller utilizes standard 7/8"-14 threads so it will work with almost any single stage reloading press. Just get the die setup in the press with the appropriate caliber collet, place the cartridge with the bullet to be removed in the press, lift up the ram, then tighten the collet, lower the ram and the bullet is pulled out. No more hammering away with inertia bullet pullers to break down ammunition. This makes pulling loaded ammo or dummy rounds quick and easy. Thanks again for watching ... Enjoy !!!
My RCBS bullet puller arrived today. I have thirty 45- cal ACP rounds to pull. I didn't put enough Titegroup powder in them - they won't cycle my PPQ 45 pistol. 4.4 grains of Titegroup wasn't enough. 4.8 gr of Titegroup cycles the pistol. I have a Dillon 550C press and will use a tool head to house the RCBS puller.
I love my RCBS bullet puller! It has never let me down with jacketed bullets. Cast/powder coated bullets are thrown back into the pot because they do get squished a tad.
Well I had my suspicions that it would be a bit hard on cast bullets but I've not used any yet for reloading. I have some and am looking forward to seeing how well they work😉. Thanks again for stopping by and watching Brother 👊 👍🇺🇸
you twisted my arm I`m going to have to get one thanks for the video jerrbear
You won't be disappointed 😉 ... thanks for stopping by and watching Brother 👊 🇺🇸
Cool. I have both the RCBS and Hornady pullers, as well as the kinetic type. I don’t favor one over the other. They all have plusses and minuses, and one may be better suited to a particular job than the other. The collet style definitely get the nod when a large batch need to be pulled. Good demo, Jerr! 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸😊
Thanks Walter 😉 👊 ... I real like the RCBS for FMJ bullets. It's funny that I'm a Hornady fan and don't have there's, not to say I won't some day. You being more knowledgeable about cast bullets what would work best for them?
I received a text message from Echo he wanted me to pass on a message to you ... Jerry I should be up and rolling again any day now with fiber optic they finally dug the trench from the street 250 yards to my front door and put the fiber in now I'm waiting on them to come out and hook it up at the house. I would love to do an interview with Walter B he and I used to be on High boys Channel quite a bit about 7-8 years ago. If you get a chance to say hi to him tell him that I'm going to be streaming again soon and would love to have him on as an interview guest. Things have been tough but I'm getting through it slowly but surely. Hope things are well with you and your family!
@@JerrBearTactical thanks, Jerr. I’ll keep an eye out for Echo. I know we’re all looking forward to re-connecting with him. 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸
Your very welcome Walter 👊👍😉 glad to be able to relay his message 😊
Looks like you've got a nice set-up brother 😁👍
Thank you Sir 😊 😉👍🇺🇸
Waiting for your 6 pack video - to see how easy or hard it was to get set up. Oh rule of thumb is if you dorp something on the floor in your reloading room it belongs to me. Standing joke on 76Highboy....
Good afternoon Andy 😊 ... I hope to have more videos coming up this weekend. I've been home sick with the Flu since Friday 11/25. Didn't do much recording of the whole setup just wasn't feeling well enough. This video I made this morning and thought it would make a great video. Thanks again for watching Brother more videos on the Lee Six Pack coming soon 😉👊👍🇺🇸 ... P.S. I can send you that bullet 😏 🤣🤣🤣
Very Nicely Done ! 👍
Hi Jerry, thanks for watching Brother 😉 👊 🇺🇸
Wish these would work with cast bullets. I just use the hammer which can be annoying sometimes.
Well that answers my question if they work for cast bullets 😉🤣🤣 ... with cast bullets being soft I didn't think this tool would work without damaging 😉 ... thanks again for stopping by Brother 👊👍🇺🇸
@@JerrBearTactical it will pull them but tear them up probably. You can always throw them in the pot though.
Well one of these days I'll have to give casting a try. But for now I only use jacketed bullets for my reloads😉👊
Hello JB hope you are feeling better..... being sick sucks... I too like my RCBS puller. way easier than getting the old hammer out and wack a mole... haha. Keep up the great vids!!
Thanks Brother 😉 I am feeling better 👍... I go back to work tomorrow morning 😊
Can you use this on the Dillon XL650 reloader?
It could be used, but you would probably have to remove all your dies from your tool head. That is unless you have a spare empty tool head. The collet puller was intended to use with a single stage press. Thanks for stopping by and watching, Brother 😁👊🇺🇸
@@JerrBearTacticalI have an extra tool head. Thanks
Have one myself
Morning Brother 😉👍👊🇺🇸
I ordered from RCBS.
👍😉awesome Brother. Thanks for stopping by and watching 👊 🇺🇸
