First time to see your channel. Subscribed. Thank you for sharing the chickens feeding on the larva. I love to hear a flock of contented chickens "talking".
When I saw the thumbnail mentioning "unicorn hornets" I instantly went googling and, understandably, found nothing on them. It would be funny if they existed though.
Shout out to Hornet King. I love your videos and I share them with my grandsons, you fascinate us all. They love seeing the bees 🐝 buzz around. Thank you so much 🐝🌻🐝🌻
There’s definitely a laugh watching you trying to hold that comb still with your girls ravenously hungry . I’m certain they know when their onto a good if not the tastiest thing!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fire video man. Sorry I haven’t been here. My notis for UA-cam havnt been appearing on my phone looks like your intro has gotten better since a couple years ago
Why are the Hornets building a nest so close to the ground? I thought they usually build in higher places versus yellow jackets that build in walls or at the ground level?
Omg my son is obsessed with these videos and sucked me into watching them now I can’t stop. And I was thinking.. this guy is definitely from Philly. Am I right?
I'm amazed how you just walk right up to the nest before removal with a camera right up in their grill, with no fear. I see a nest and immediately have a heart attack when I don't expect it haha.
Love how you educate us every video. You have balls of steel brother no way I could do that work. really love how you feed the chickens the larvae. 👍🏾💯
Hi, I’m a Pest controller from the UK and I don’t know any other Pest controllers that vacuum nests up. Pesticides are used way too much I think. My last employer wouldn’t allow anything but Insecticide treatments. Recently I became Self Employed so…… I bought a vac this week and removed a nest in a large Beech hedge. It was sooooo satisfying Plus. I’ve bought a beekeeping jacket like yours (which they wouldn’t buy me in my last job) and although I was covered in wasps I didn’t get stung once. Thanks for the tips and making my job fun again.
You need to soup up that vacuum pack- it barely seems to suck in the flyers even inches away. The old vac would pull them in for a city block by comparison.
I love your chickens. Their little sounds are adorable. Your channel is great. Always enjoy your videos. I hope your Turkey is well. Haven't seen him in awhile.
My greatest fear is….. they have more than one point of entry!!! I’m guessing a pressure washer with a mix of soap foaming up the area/nest would do the trick! Or the hornet spray that you soak the nest with!? The paper ball nest above ground is one I haven’t tackled !! Yellowjackets in the ground & wasp nest on houses….. I love taking them out!! Foaming hornet/wasp spray works great for them! Wasp…. My spray concoction works for them 👌 Don’t play with Yellowjackets or Hornets! Have your wits about ya with them!
these were the scariest kinds we have around my area, but now those murder hornets are starting to come in, thankfully they are still way to the north. but im sure its just a matter of time before they colonize seattle lol.
Oh just great. I can see it now. 35 years of marriage being tested again. My husband: "Uhh.....what are you doing with the shop vac?" Me: "I'm sucking up flies, ants, elderbugs, asian beetles!!!! Wheeeeee!!!!"
I have huge phobia of wasps and anything that buzzes but your videos are so interesting I can't stop watching what's your advise to someone with a phobia if wasps start flying near me do i stand still or swat around ive heard so many ways in what to do
Kinda feel sorry for the poor little guys. Just trying to get on with life and bringing up their young. Obviously have an ability to be aggressive but really just want to get on with life and build the colony home. But damn good job and thank you for another brilliant video. I guess the ex larva eggs still taste good ?
I’m not sure what part of Pennsylvania your from, but my friend has a house on his street that has a nest inside a tree that’s been there since the 80’s apparently. It’s in the Bristol section of bucks county. About 25-30 mins outside of Philly would you want to remove it?
I live in Sicklerville NJ, and I'm not sure you down this way. In any case, how much do you charge for an Hornet nest removed from my Maple. The nest is hanging 5 feet from the ground. Please reply and thanks for your time.
After watching alot of your videos man I've always wondered, and maybe you've answered this before, but what do you do with the wasps that are stuck in the vacuum when your done lol
Arent the ones on that make nests on th tree branches smarter? Cause there probably still alive..also I thinks its awesome the chickens eat the larva so it's not just a waste I can imagine how many exterminators that just toss that
I miss our bald face nests, the built in a tree about 3 ft above my head and NEVER bothered us. They do like champaign though, had some rolling around the bottom of a cooler and they dived bombed it so I let them enjoy (allergic). BTW where is the turkey and the squirrel?
Just found your channel. Super interesting stuff its so cool seeing the nests that big i only got the red wasps where im at and they only really build those tiny nests. Great stuff cant wait to see more
Hey Hornet King do you know where I can buy black flag? We have wasp nests around our house and we spray them with wasp killer and knock the nest down but they keep rebuilding do you have any solutions .
I remember getting stung several times by some bald faced hornets for no reason, went out looking and finally found their nest,Iong story short, little fkrs burned to a crisp. Nature or not Idc I'll mess shit up
Is competition rough for nest removals? This looks like an awesome career to have. Most people are very scared of bugs that bite/sting but in some rare cases (me) they're fascinated! I even have chickens too XD
Clever wasp Think they can scare the hornet king by threatening to Gore him With their horn didn’t work! You could take the wasp from the blender and poured into a cake mix and a have wasp flavored cake 🍰 lol
Using wasp nests to feed chickens; I love it! Question: if you put a little diatomaceous earth in the vacuum canister, would that kill them while it's running? I've used it as a natural insect deterrent, but I don't know how quickly it would work in a vacuum...
First half: Total wasp obliteration.
Second half: Chicken ASMR
Halftime show: Wasp Blender/Tornado in a cannister
Spent the day landscaping in the heat and humidity and came home to a new Hornet King video! Made my day, keep em coming!
Thanks Shawn!

I like how the chickens sound so happy.
When I saw the thumbnail mentioning "unicorn hornets" I instantly went googling and, understandably, found nothing on them. It would be funny if they existed though.
Hahaha 😆😅

I can't even handle spraying a wasp without getting incredible anxiety, it amazes me seeing what you don😂
Shout out to Hornet King. I love your videos and I share them with my grandsons, you fascinate us all. They love seeing the bees 🐝 buzz around. Thank you so much 🐝🌻🐝🌻
Flip the switch on the vac...you can see the wasps go, "Wheeeeee!!!!", like an amusement park ride from hell, lol.
LMAO!!!!
There’s definitely a laugh watching you trying to hold that comb still with your girls ravenously hungry . I’m certain they know when their onto a good if not the tastiest thing!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Me : what is your problem
Chicken : I dunno
😂🤣😂🐝🐓🐝🐓🐝🐓
Fire video man. Sorry I haven’t been here. My notis for UA-cam havnt been appearing on my phone looks like your intro has gotten better since a couple years ago
I love your videos and your girls🐓. don’t stop making more!
Thank you, Tina!

been watching since you had 20k views - awesome content
Omg my son is obsessed with these videos and sucked me into watching them now I can’t stop. And I was thinking.. this guy is definitely from Philly. Am I right?
I love these Hornet videos. Keep up the great work!!!!
Ok this is officially the bravest guy I’ve ever seen
Another HK video. Makes me so happy!
Yo the chickens are tearing that up 🤣😆
I'm amazed how you just walk right up to the nest before removal with a camera right up in their grill, with no fear. I see a nest and immediately have a heart attack when I don't expect it haha.

Thanks, brother! I appreciate it!
Man, we've had huge wasp problems this summer because of the nonstop heat in Edmonton. The yellow jackets were building above ground too, huge nests!
I am glad dinosaurs love hornet larva.
What happened to the squirrel and the turkey great show always very informative👍
Humphrey was in the second to last video 😉
Goosie lives up the street at a friend's house now 😁
Gotta say I love the intro definitely one the better ones on this site

Those look like they lost their yellow color! Awesome
Cool video man love the content 👍

wow this nest is amazing, like some alien thing..what a beautiful shape
Yep… the suction is not as good as your shop vac…. Time to switch back! I love seeing the wasps getting sucked in right away! It’s therapeutic hehehe
They build some nice cozy homes don't they
Hey brother that looked crazy the nest
what a feeding frenzy!!
What kind of gloves are you using to protect yourself? Do thick leather welding gloves work that they can`t sting through?
Don’t touch my unicorn horn
When a vacuum cleaner doesn't suck, it sucks!
I wish it didn't suck at sucking because it sucks that it won't suck.
I love your chickens. Their little sounds are adorable. Your channel is great. Always enjoy your videos. I hope your Turkey is well. Haven't seen him in awhile.
Japanese giant Hornets will see a day...Someday.
I've noticed that when the vacuum is on they wait until several can come at once
Hey hornet king! You da man. I’m from Glen arm Maryland, are you from around here?
The indignant look on that chicken when she got goosed by another one. 10:55 😂😂😂😂😂
Hahahaa Ginger! 😆😅
My greatest fear is….. they have more than one point of entry!!!

Time to feed the dinosaurs!
You can definitely see the pecking order amongst the girls.
I have huge phobia of wasps and anything that buzzes but your videos are so interesting I can't stop watching what's your advise to someone with a phobia if wasps start flying near me do i stand still or swat around ive heard so many ways in what to do
I collect wasp nests and I have a Doilchovespula Maculata (Bald-faced hornet) nest with a small horn on it like this one has.
Viewing them in vac was cool. Where is Turket? Gobble Gobble Gobble
the chickens kinda eating them like corn ngl
I got stung like 10x on my head by those things
Love the vids
Thanks Yoda!

Obviously have an ability to be aggressive but really just want to get on with life and build the colony home. But damn good job and thank you for another brilliant video. I guess the ex larva eggs still taste good ?
So the real question is... What came first? The bee or the larva?
Yes it was worth watching the video knowing I was able to see my four friends eating hornets
I’m not sure what part of Pennsylvania your from, but my friend has a house on his street that has a nest inside a tree that’s been there since the 80’s apparently. It’s in the Bristol section of bucks county. About 25-30 mins outside of Philly would you want to remove it?

Nice , what do you do with the adult hornets?
These wasp colony is very big and huge numbers
After watching alot of your videos man I've always wondered, and maybe you've answered this before, but what do you do with the wasps that are stuck in the vacuum when your done lol
I saw that same wasp nest and it was huge it was at a park geez if someone threw a rock at the nest game run
Where did the Squirrels go?
No where.
Was wondering. Where is the turkey?
She lives up the street now.
You should find a way to harden the nest and sell them in a see-through box
Arent the ones on that make nests on th tree branches smarter? Cause there probably still alive..also I thinks its awesome the chickens eat the larva so it's not just a waste I can imagine how many exterminators that just toss that
Just curious what kind of chickens do you have
I miss our bald face nests, the built in a tree about 3 ft above my head and NEVER bothered us. They do like champaign though, had some rolling around the bottom of a cooler and they dived bombed it so I let them enjoy (allergic). BTW where is the turkey and the squirrel?
10:54 DID YOU JUST PECK ME!?
I absolutely hate bees (except honey bees) so this feels like revenge for all the times I’ve been stung.
Hi hornet king.... From grindr king
Bet those would be wonderful bluegill bait dead bee’s would be good to,but the chickens would be mad
how many times do you normaly get stung in a removal?
Just found your channel. Super interesting stuff its so cool seeing the nests that big i only got the red wasps where im at and they only really build those tiny nests. Great stuff cant wait to see more
How the heck are they not biting your fingers my chickens would so by my fingers soon as they saw them
no way, I'm from the wilmington area
do you only do wasps or do you do bees as well
Just wasps.
Hey Hornet King do you know where I can buy black flag? We have wasp nests around our house and we spray them with wasp killer and knock the nest down but they keep rebuilding do you have any solutions .
New Hornet King video! Score!
Hey what do you wear under the bee suit? I have a suit coming and a yj nest to deal with and dunno what is thick enough but not crazy hot.
Have you considered using two vacuums? Or maybe you other hand is doing something related to the video?
11:00
Hahaha
11:00 lol
Why isnt this a show on Discovery HD?
I remember getting stung several times by some bald faced hornets for no reason, went out looking and finally found their nest,Iong story short, little fkrs burned to a crisp. Nature or not Idc I'll mess shit up
@Whoop!!!
How does it stay up and attached to the wall. Is the paper sticky?
?????????????
Is competition rough for nest removals? This looks like an awesome career to have. Most people are very scared of bugs that bite/sting but in some rare cases (me) they're fascinated! I even have chickens too XD
What is the best way to remove cicada killers?
If anyone knows of a great wasp removal guy like this around Lansing MI please leave a comment.
Would love to know were the color bands on the nests come from.
It comes from the wood material that they chewed up and brought back to the nest (old wood logs, different kinds of trees, etc.)
ever considered just screwing the nest in to the plywood to hold it so they can eat it?
Where I live I have 3 bald faced hornet nests and a European hornet nest not to far away and a bee hive
Clever wasp Think they can scare the hornet king by threatening to Gore him With their horn didn’t work! You could take the wasp from the blender and poured into a cake mix and a have wasp flavored cake 🍰 lol
I guess the shop vac would be better to use when you're at ground level and not needing to climb ladders.
Buy a longer hose. Done.
WASPS AREN'T NEEDED THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE
Nice
I still wonder if you'll ever just set em on fire
Get rid of that vacuum
Nah.
Using wasp nests to feed chickens; I love it! Question: if you put a little diatomaceous earth in the vacuum canister, would that kill them while it's running? I've used it as a natural insect deterrent, but I don't know how quickly it would work in a vacuum...
Is the stuff on the screen waste?
No, that's envelope.
