Hey loves, it is that epic time of year again to look forward and to always be aiming to do better and be better... and as cheesy as that sounds, I am always working to make that a reality. I'm never perfect (and I don't want to be) BUT I always want to be learning and growing.

If you're unaware I am hispanic and throughout the majority of my life a big goal has been to work on/learn more Spanish. I currently have about 5 co-workers that are fluent or it was their first language -- so they are helping me learn more and with one in particular I am teaching them more english terms and phrasing while they teach me Spanish terms and phrasing.
