*** I really love the style of your presentations. You present us with the info, the first hand experiences, and great, visual support. Your videos are terrific. 👏🤗🌞🌊
Triple A for you again on the presentations. Always accurately presented to the point of jumping in my car with my cat and go... go... go... on road trip.
Deering Estate is great (they even decorate for Christmas)! Love Biscayne National Park. They have a great mangrove hike at the visitor center (not that many mosquitoes) did you get a chance to visit Vizcaya, the Kampong, or Fairchild Botanical Gardens?? Looking forward to the next video!
I grew up living by this park, i will never forget it.. also, sad to say Turkey Point power plant leaking into it (yes turkey point is a leaking mess and nytimes even reported it recently). Please inform more people, this is a true national treasure going away because of the plant pollution under the cooling ponds is a giant polluted salt plume with radiation linked to baby via the Florida Baby Teeth Project 🙏
The real pollution from Turkey Point is thermal. Running well above their design limit, the cooling canals run above 100 deg F in the summer when demand is the highest. This has killed the sea grass and the shrimp, so it's almost barren between Turkey and Black Points. Enterty [FPL's owners] refuses to add a cooling tower, the replacement Gen 4 AP1000 Westinghouse reactors are a complete failure [see Crystal River; AP1000's abandoned in place], and Gen 5 Thorium reactors are decades away. So Enterty will operate these ancient reactors until they fail. Ending on a positive note, the 2 fossil fuel plants are long gone, they used to spew twin turrents of brown smoke up for miles, looking like a giant cruise ship heading out of Goverment Cut. @@crankychris2 also nytimes and miaminewtimes has many reports on the leaks and pollution the bay and your water, so good luck with that. it's also reported like i said in the baby teeth project from 2001 (article still online, titled, and dated Mar 29 2001 - STUDY FINDS RADIATION IN BABY TEETH - Miami Sun Sentinel
I am surprised there are houses on stilts in the open waters, I would believe that the amount of hurricanes from the 50s until now may had took anything out. I hope whoever built those is still alive or left their building methods for posterity.

It was a beautiful area, would love to see it at Christmas! We went to Vizcaya and Fairchild but not Kampong. They were both stunning!
Hi there! HUGE fan! What’s the name of the Biscayne NP lighthouse boat tour you took? Need to see if they’re boating while we’re there!

Is there really much to do here aside from a snorkeling tour?
Hello, what is the name of the tour?
He sounds good--down-to-earth and definetly pro-American--he is very able to speak effectivly.
great video, but too short to enjoy
any videos left in the Florida series or is this the last one?
Still got like 3-4 more haha Hopefully you like Florida
Your father doesn't like caves and mosquitoes ? Smart man!!!
haha 😂
Yeah, mosquitoes would definitely be a deal-breaker for me.
Pops, smart moved! It’s okay you didn’t go with Josh. Let Josh get eaten by the mosquitoes 🦟. You cool 😎 Pops 👴🏼
Rule number one when visiting any national park in Florida always pack mosquito repellent
