She even calls him "Tatsumi" which only his family members call him. It his heavily implied that Hilda have feelings for him and Oga openly recognizes Hilda as Beel's only mother and his companion to raise him. Also, it seems someone asked the author about Oga's endgame in an interview and he said that he didn't like those type of questions, that he thinks he was pretty straight about it, Oga already has a family and he is happy with them. So it seems it was Hilda since the beggining.

-Hilda gets kidnapped by the akumano academy -yolda is a prisoner there, she is made into a transfer bitch to bring all almost 400 members of the akumano members -yolda is about to get killed, so hilda switches with her -yolda teleports to oga and tells him what happened -oga goes to akumano academy alone, meanwhile hilda is getting her memory burned away -oga is raping everyone while his schoolmates starts to join in 1 by 1 -oga saves hilda, but she no longer has any memory -then it goes off for another 120 chapters or w/e until it abruptly ends (i'm guessing the manga was getting cancelled)

I think Oga's relationship can work out if he's with someone who's just as stubborn as him and at the same time also able to dominate him. Hilda is perfect for that, while I think Kunieda is strong enough to be his woman, but she wouldn't be able to dominate him (due to her soft spot for Oga).
