Sir my machine was noising during spinning and hitting the body during spinning
I replaced clutch assembly complete, pully new noise gone but still its hitting the body during spinning on front left side now i replaced the spider base but again same problem could you suggest any idea.
Suspension rods are ok and in correct position put i.e blue back white front.

Try check length of suspension rod little short rod both them put back side and long one should be on front side. If after that problem still coming then you need to change whole complete gear box mainly gear box bearing got bad.. which result super vibration.m

@@lindsayholden5959 Replace the 4 connecting rods will fix it.I just did the same thing for 3 customers.The stupid red plastic shock absorber keep breaking.

This is a clever design to reinstall the rods compared to crappy Simpson where one have to tilt the machine to complete remove the broken and reinstall the new rods.

That's what i was hoping to find , a video to show rod replacements for my Simpson 7.5 kg.
I gather from your comment , that it's not as easy to do as this video ?
I'm a mum , and would kill to be able to do this myself , as i don't have the ridiculous labour fee they're asking.
How did you end up with your fix ?

Replacing the rods does not fix the design flaw and everyone misses that.
