Another lovely sounding pilsner. Perfect for the coming spring and summer! Cheers 🍻
Thanks mate. Definitely! It's bone dry here at the moment so they are going down nicely. Cheers 🍻
Looks a top beer and a nice hop selection.
Thanks mate. I've been pretty pleased with all three of the NZ Pilsners. Cheers 🍻
I think I'll brew one of these soon Dino, still got a load of Nelson to use up here. Sounds lovely.
Great idea. Hope all is well with you. Cheers mate 🍻
That looks and sounds absolutely beautiful. Brewing my first ever lager tomorrow with I think citra ? I have the grains and water ready but need to go through my hops in the morning. That’s made me super thirsty, just finished a run of nights I’m now going to pull a kolsch, closest I’ve got at the moment. Cheers 👍🍻
Thanks mate. A Citra Pilsner will be wicked. Also your Kolsch is a great Summer beer too! Enjoy your brew day. Cheers 🍻
Looks like a beauty Dino, I could crush a few of those this weekend while the footy is on tv. Have you tried Nelson and Motueka together? That's a bloody ripping combo mate, cheers! 🍻😎
Thanks mate. The Pilsners have been going down a treat. I've only had Nelson and Motueka in a commercial beer, but you're right, it's a ripper combo. Cheers 🍻
looks n sounds great that mate. ive never brewed a pils but have a recipe sorted for the summer. been getting back into my lager and pils lately after a long long time. cheers mate
Thanks mate. Highly recommend the Novalager yeast if you're looking to try a different yeast. Glad to hear you've got some recipes lined up! Look forward to hearing what you end up brewing. Cheers 🍻
Awesome! That’s 3 great pilsners. Do you have any more planned or are you starting to think about autumn beers? Cheers!
Thanks mate. Not sure if I'll do another Pilsner or maybe look at doing a Saison, which I've not brewed before (to my knowledge). Will have to put my thinking cap on. Cheers 🍻
Nice. Definitely looks the part! I've actually just bottled up yet another NZ Pils myself - first time using 'superdelic' hops.
Thanks Ian. Superdelic sounds like a great choice! It should go down a treat. Cheers 🍻
Nice job an that one. Looks fantastic. Nelson is such a nice hop. I plan to use it more often. Cheers mate!🍺
Thanks Skid. Yes it's a great hop alright. Hope all is well with you. Cheers mate 🍻
