I have a feeling it was from the world hurting for so long, that when we went to see blink..coachella..or any of their world tour locations..it completely healed us all, brought us all back to times when life stresses were non present nearly altogether..i 100% had the best day of my entire adult life on May 19th at MSG..the energy from the crowd was second to absolutely none. Woke up may 20th with such a profound, new found appreciation for everything.
For the record....39-44 minutes fucking killed my emotions.... This whole Documentary is all laughs and smiles, until that point. Then you just get stabbed right in the feels.
I have seen blink twice. Both on their first reunion tour. Once in 2009 at the Verizon amphitheater in Irvine which is no longer there and a second time at the Hollywood palladium in 2010. The palladium show was amazing because it’s not a super big venue and it’s all standing room and I got to the very very front and I was a few feet away from Tom. It was awesome.
45:50 it’s funny how because someone is famous people get so obsessed yet they don’t even know the famous person and many times wouldn’t even like them if they knew them and the worst are people that get mad at a famous person for not having a conversation with them or sign something because they are having a bad day or they are out with their family just trying to have a normal day they are just people too.
I used to be such a serious person. Like I'd rarely laugh & sarcasm was all I ever thought was funny. Then I started listening to blink & would cringe when they made jokes & would actually skip over them. But within a year I was laughing at the stupid shit they say. They did a favor to those in my life for lightening me up a bit. 😅
