The situations you're talking about are rashfords after sprinting the length of the pitch and gets dispossessed while attacking. The player who dispossessed him passes the ball into midfield. You expect him (after sprinting the length of the pitch at 100 per cent max effort) to run by his teammates, who are better positioned to stop a counter attack and make the challenge. There are positions and roles in a team for a reason. All that being said I know nothing about football really.

I actually think Rashford can't handle the pressure sadly. When he's confident and on a high he looks unstoppable, but when he's in the dumps he can't find a way out of it. It's the way he's always been tbh. He looks like a guy who just has too much on his shoulders, and it's weighing him down. I'm not saying he's a victim and that he's got no fault, but I think it's a bit of a vicious cycle for him. He needs other leaders/characters in the team to take that flack and publicity so that he can sort of stay out of the limelight. And then he'll suddenly find his form again.

How can people season after season question his commitment? We've seen how much the club means to him when he gets giant wages for feeding children and walking around the pitch and not even bothering to sprint back and defend and help out the team. As Man Utd fans, we really DO NOT wish for this man to be part of the club any further. It really does not embody what a Utd players stands for. I wish him well, and I hope he finds his smile again but goodness, this was hard to watch.
