I had this problem using Zoom in some metings and wen the person going out via HDMI change this it was solved. to become a morning person took me years (and to tell you the truth I'm the most night owl you can possibly be.) but I just repeatedly woke up at 6:00 a.m. until I naturally woke up at 7:00 a.m. p.s. Lilly as a dancer I can totally relate and I know some who do freestyle on Tik Tok.
I usually get cramps a few days before my period. It started a few months ago and it's very annoying. I will get so bad cramps that I sometimes can't focus in class at all. They're worse than the cramps on my period and I'm only 13 soon 14.

For me, I have to let me dog out to pee every morning and that helps me wake up cos he can't go by himself 4. It you appreciate mental peace there is literally no noise in the morning. 5. What I love about mornings is I wake up when nature wakes up. The sun is nature's way of turning the lights on and hence I feel we should be up when the sun is up. 6. In the full day it's really hard to set aside 1 hour for yourself cos you are always playing catch up. But if you wake up in the morning and get good at it and wake up REALLY early then you caneasy get 3 hours for yourself. 7. Your job demands it. It pays for your house, your food, your dog, your comfort and hence that's another reason to set yourself up to be a morning person. Hope this helps xx.

When I get home I shower and do homework and watch 1 hour of tv and then I sleep til about 730pm and get ready for work and get to work around 9 eat dinner and relax. Change into my uniform and do it all over again. Try to stay busy so I dont fall into depression
Morning person here. Apparently it's an evolutionary thing that some people are morning people and others are night people. This has to do with the tribes and the protection of everyone. If people are awake at different times, they can protect the others. Not as useful in our day and age however...
