    I’ve been wanting a way to make my own tickets in different sizes and using different papers. Thanks for this great idea!!! 💖

    So glad you shared this method. And you can use a rubber band to hold the stamps together to stamp all at once

    Put an elastic band around your little stamps to form the word "ticket" and stamp the word one time...

    I loved your video!!💗💕 just a little tip... to keep those stamps lined up wrap them with a rubber band. It will hold them together.

      Hello, 123’s Thank you! I try to do things on a tight budget, so I can have all the goodies I need. It’s remarkably fast and can look amazing if you do them right. Thanks for taking the time to comment. 😊

    You can use washi tape to keep the letter stamps together.... Just tape them all together.

    Thank you, it's a good way to use up those little bits of paper you've trimmed off other projects, I can't bear to throw any strips of paper away!

      I am exactly the same! Hate to throw it and had a lightbulb moment with the tickets. =) So glad you enjoy it as much as I do!

    I never thought to make 'my own' tickets this way... although this is the method I use when cutting out printed tickets....

    • @darkmanordesigns9791

      It's so funny isn't it? I was sitting there tracing around a single ticket and I looked at the shape and thought...it looks like a rectangle with the corners cut off with a hole punch! Duh! I felt silly I hadn't made this connection sooner! So glad I can share this little shortcut with you! =)

    Tape the individual letters together so that they space themselves out. You can also perforate them with a sewing machine.
    Or print the word ticket over a piece of paper and then follow this method.

    Use a ruler....tape the item under a ruler, then put your stamps on...thank you for everything.

      Thanks so much Lois! Having a limited budget I have put a lot of effort into learning how to make something from nothing. It always tickles me to think I can make something that would have been trash into something pretty. Thanks so much for your encouragement!

    Wouldn't say no tools, a hole punch is definitely a tool and not everybody has a single punch.

    • @darkmanordesigns9791
      @darkmanordesigns9791  4 роки тому

      PewPewCat You Can use one side of a double hole punch if you prefer. Most people have a double hole punch. I purchased the single hole punch I was using at Dollar Tree for only $1 if you’re looking for an inexpensive one that works. I was aiming to show people how to make a ticket without any specialised dies. Most people enjoy this post, sorry it didn’t measure up to your expectations.
