Hi guys, new week - new video. In today's review, I will show my favorite hotel in the south part of Phuket - Kata Rocks.
Hello friends, I'm bringing back the section The Best Hotels in Phuket, where I will introduce you and tell you about the best hotels in Phuket.
My goal in these reviews is very simple - to show you all the pros and cons of hotels in Phuket, show the best of them and most importantly, To give you a good discount on accommodation in these hotels.
The discount can be up to 10 percent of the cost, which sometimes is the same as paying for a plane ticket. I think it's a good saving, given current events.
In this video review, I will tell and show you the most beautiful hotel in the southern part of the island, located on the beach Kata with an unforgettable view of the Andaman Sea and a convenient infrastructure.
The complex has a restaurant overlooking the sea, bar, gym, spa complex, children's playroom and a special wine room - where you can gather drinks for every taste ;)
There are several versions of villas from 1 to 5 bedrooms and all with stunning sea views and a private pool. Spending a vacation in a villa is a real pleasure!

Absolutely gorgeous 😍...definitely a goal of mine to stay there
we stayed here back in 2018...booked the 3 bedroom villa, n then they upgraded us to the 4 bedroom at no extra charge..services here are top notch. the staffs were friendly.. they do have few units for sale at that time, i even had a look at it, but i just dont like their T&C of owning the property (or so called partly own the property).. and for the price of their 4bedroom villa, i can buy a bigger (5/6 bedrooms) unit elsewhere on the island..
* i think i just noticed that if the villa that u are in is above the cafe area, meaning our villa last time is the one next to it..the one at the end..*
Hi Reese , thank you for your comment! Definitely one of the best hotels in Phuket, especially in terms of service quality!! Yes prices are also top notch ;) but you pay for that incredible view and service and privacy!
Can I live in the villa or.have to let the hotel manage it? In the latter case, what is the deal and how much return can be expected? Tks
Hi , sorry for late reply. As an owner of the property you can live there and in case when you will be out of property you can work with management company, it’s up to you! What villa are you interested in? They have 1,2,3,4-6 br villas 😅
I think you can expect somewhere between 4-6 % annually, once tourists will come back to island .
How much is the 1 bdrm and what are the CAM fees?
Hi Kent, thank you for reply to that video. That 1 bedroom loft villa with a total size of 136 sqm now on the market with a price of 420 000 USD.
