The little arms inside the rear ash broke on mine so I epoxied them. I figured out how to put it together and watched the magic of it working for the first time! Absolutely fabulous! Then I fiddled with it too much and the arm broke again. C'est la vie.

Buy a new ashtray on Ebay. I bought one for about $30
