Ok Look, if the pump comes back then the gameplay that has been established will become obsolete because the pump will always dominate which I don think is what they want. The only reason I don't like the change is because the drum gun is a thing.
Epic always seems to fix a problem but then add a new one defeating the fix. They nerfed Shotguns in Season 4, but for some reason removed double pump. They heavily nerfed player built structures but then added weapons and items to directly attack them like Stink Bombs and Dynamite and Boom Boxes and all that.
One or the other might've be fine, but both just doesn't work.
