  • I'm using a 2 step process with a high-pressure remote 2 step system. I use Hurricane acid and Thunder soap from NW Chemicals. The 2 chemicals work together to make 98% of washes touchless/brushless. Acid is applied first, then soap right over top, then rinse. Soaping is around 800psi, and rinsing is at 2000psi. Low enough pressure not to remove decals or paint. I use a 5.5gpm hot water machine with a 1000L IBC tote. 2x 55 gal drums hold my 2 batches of chemicals.
More videos to come showing more 2 step washing on trucks, trailers and equipment. Thanks for watching!

I haven't tried the new chems from Scott yet, but they look awesome. I have enough Hurricane and Thunder to last me till the spring or summer.

NIce Video! Wondering why you aren't using the 2 step gun anymore? I just ordered one and am very excited to use
    it in action.

I found it a bit too heavy. So I'm keeping it as a backup if the remote malfunctions.

very nice and thank you for responding. Running a 5.5 GPM with my 2 step out of the back of a chevy express van. About to get everything plumbed up very soon. This video was a very helpful visual of the remote system. There's some fuel tankers about a block away from me that Im gonna approach and hope to pick up as clients once i'm all plumbed up and running. Whats a good or decent baseline to offer to charge them using a 2 step gun brushless cleaning in your opinion or market?? They have at least 15-20 Tankers. Im thinking about $99 per truck at 15-20 trucks. $199 single units. Any advice helps. Thanks again and keep washing on!! @@PlatinumPowerWashing

@briceworks3347 are the tankers 3 axle trailers? I wash a truck and tanker locally and charge $200 together. It takes me about an hour. I run out of a chevy Express 3500 as well. Hot water unit in the back, 1000L/265Gal tote in the middle, and chemical drums and reels in front. I'll take a video tour one day before I switch over to my truck and enclosed trailer build I'm working on.

Great video!! Are you using a single wire or double? What chemicals are you using? I do everything but truck. I would really like to get into it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I use a single wire to save weight. Now that it's getting colder out, I'll turn the burner on between 110°-120°F. I use NW Chemicals Hurricane acid and Thunder soap. I'm going to keep making videos to help out new guys getting into it. I think I'll do some how-to videos. Covering dilutions, basic washing techniques, fleet washing setups etc.
