19:03 I think seer still pick because you can't afford to chase anybody rather than seer, if you chase another character they have a guaranteed 3 live, while seer it's 50/50 because you can't timing the owl, also seer can see the hunter and it helps in early transition

13:42 Barmaid and perfumer also can't really use their items with tide Turner. Perfumer can still perfume but if she's half health and uses perfume to rescue and then activate tide Turner she can't go back to her half health state and will go down. I think it's ok that puppeteer cannot use Louis during tide.
