thanks for the tips, if I was not busy with school I'd probably already be decorating the whole place. I've always wanted a nice wreath but they can be pretty pricy especially if they are already decorated. This year I'll be buying one and decorate it myself, I think it will save alot of money. I've learned so much from your videos that I think they will come out just as nice. :)

Love love love the cobalt blue tone and it's so funny because I was going to add the cobalt blue tone for my Christmas 2015 but it is almost impossible to find the color, but I "chasing" all Christmas markets in the country (Denmark) although we are a small country and I only have weekends to hunt it feels gigantic;-) Thank you for your Christmas videos Rebecca, I really appreciate it. :-) Love from Anette :-)

I loved both of the wreaths,but cobalt is one of my favorite colors,so the second wreath got my vote.I love the idea of turning around your books for a mono-chromatic look.I'm in love with your livingroom and the built-in.We have a large oak entertainment center and I'd like to paint it, so it simulate your built-in.I'm wondering if white might make it look like an elephant.What do you think?

I totally think you will love what a difference it makes.
FYI... my built-in is not stark white... Its a soft cream. But depending on your wall color, white could be beautiful. Either way, going from oak to painted light... Its a good call!

Rebecca, I love your videos so much! especially the Christmas ones and I loved this too, so creative! If I may give some small constructive feedback, the music used in the video is a bit too distracting. I want to focuse on what you're saying but at least for me that's difficult to do when the background music is too loud or too overpowering. I really don't want to offend in anyway. I just found it difficult to hear and focuse on what you were saying in this video and some of the resent ones, and ofc I want to hear every word hehe :)
Love this also....my husband is a cabinet builder and I feel a new bookcase in my future.....love the white on white.....but he loves blue.....maybe it will be a mutual decorating thing. Thank you....love your ideas! Blessings!

I think some battery operated led lights on the wreath would make it really pop as the center piece! Loved your tips! Can't wait to see tomorrow's video! :)

I was thinking that too. Actually, I could still use hardwired lights because I could conceal the cord by running it up behind the ribbon on top and across my crown molding to the outlet. Love all the white-on-white-on cream! And there is no better accent than crystal and metallics! FABULOUS! I also like the blue, too! I grew up in a blue home and we had a lot of Christmas accents in blue to go with the decor! My mom collects the Bing and Grondahl and Royal Copenhagen blue plates. I'm not familiar with the brand you mentioned. Could you spell it for me, please? Loved this video and all the wonderful tips!!

Hi Rebecca! Now I can't believe you forgot the most important tip on styling your bookcase... which I learned when you were doing the desert rose inn.. ( I think)..Anyhoo... It was about balance! What you do on the Left...you do on the right! Right? lol Well, That's what I remembered anyway, and thankfully so, I was able to fill my own Ikea Hack bookcase based on your design tip! Very nice! I have so much to do and so I believe I will only put xmas chocolates on my desk, maybe a ornament here or there and forgo the office décor for the rest of the home! Lovely video and love the wreaths!

Hi Rebecca, I love your vids and actually started to watch them last year during Christmas time. I really want to decorate my room this year (btw I'm 15) , but I can't figure out a theme. I originally wanted to do a log cabin feel or a winter wonderland, but I found it hard because I have dark furniture and cool gray walls (kind of the same color you used in the child bedroom that had an awesome built in and library ladder.) Any advice? Thank you so much!

Beautiful job as always. I'm curious...what do you do with your wreaths/garlands from year to year? Especially when you change your color/theme -- do you recycle to another decorating job or pull them apart and start over again? Hard to do when you hot glue some of the decorations on them.

I have only red books with gold name of author. Help me find a perfect color that will be good with this. i need to mention that walls in my room are green( very light one ). The book case is not very high, it end like 3/4 part of a wall.
Oh no. The disrespect to books just hurts. The wreaths are lovely. I don't know about you, but I don't see the point of having shelves full of books merely for decoration. Better to just donate them so that someone else could read them.
In one way, I am glad cobalt blue wasn’t found this year, we would have never had the 2018 finale. Patience paid off.
