First of all , you don't just keep the wires connected with your hands, you need a proper connectors. Second you need a minimum 4S battery. The 3S voltage is too low for this motor to operate. I don't see anything wrong other than that. Motors are working as it should at the voltage you provided.
Connect it properly before saying it doesn't work. How can you expect adequate current to flow through skinny wires loosely inserted in fat connectors? They're barely touching if at all.
I got this running well on a 2S setup using 2 LiFePo4 cells or about 6.6 volts. I use the same green motor, and a cheap 30A ESC. I believe Anh Khoa Ngo Nguyen has something defective here.
You seem to know very little about brushless motors. You have been swapping the motors with out disconnecting the power. Did you not notice when you connected the power for the first time the little tune the motor and ESC played, that is the motor test to set up the ESC to that motor. You NEED to disconnect the power each time you swap a motor.
Im planning to build 2 brushless motor using similar to what he posted. CW and CCW. Do i need to have 2 sets of ESC and 2 Speed dial or i can use 1 set of both only. Plese give some tips... using it for my kayak.

I would like to buy this motor too, but you have a small battery, 12v 2.2A,the maximum absorption allowed for this motor indicates 24v 17a this motor to have good power I think you need to use a battery that provides 24v 15A therefore roughly 15 times more powerful

@@mr.mister7489 best to have an ESC for each motor but they both can be controlled by the same speed reference controller.

They dont have enough current to start, thats what the second motor sound means check your ESC current output and the motors nomial current input
And never stop your motors manually that generates a constante high current that can damage the entire circuit

Mình chạy 2 cái. Cũng gặp vấn đề giống bạn. Nếu tự lập trình thì cần phải có thêm sensors gyro. Dự vào hướng mà điều tốc động cơ.
