This battle could actually could go both ways because while yes this squidward is more ravenous and probably stronger Mr.Krabs is no push over, the amount of feats he’s accomplished especially when angry. At the same time squidward is more patient than Krabs so it just comes down to who gets the upper hand though judging by the end Squidward sounded like he was being overwhelmed
He wasn’t being overwhelmed the building gave out and collapsed on him

My predictions are that Squidward went crazy, and due to that, he ate all the people, Squidward killed Krab's best employee and all the people Krabs cares about the most, causing Krabs to face him. Leading to the fact that after all the chaos, Krabs gets annoyed and fights Squidward. Because Plankton turned Squidward (Teuthida) Into how he is by overfeeding Teuthida chum (Mushed up fish parts) and eventually Teuthida likes it. Also The Words at the end are "THAT'S NOT FAIR, OH MY GOD! NO!!!"
plankton let squid word eat some of that weird stuff he tries to serve people this made him have an unquenchable hunger so he went on a rampage killing anyone Who dared to cross his path or he could find I believe Mr. Krabs was one of the only people who had no idea it was happening and once he finally found out he knew he would have to be the one to at least try to get justice for everyone else including his own employee SpongeBob I think he wouldn’t have really cared but after squid killed SpongeBob I think that’s when he decide to confront him directly

Realistically yeah, but I think in the creepypasta itself, Teuthida ends up killing and eating Mr. Krabs, but not without Mr. Krabs badly injuring him beforehand

I saw a comment on the offical version of the song, the devs confirmed that the building collapses and kills tethudia and plankton, but its not confirmed if Mr Krabs made it out. Considering Krabs was somewhat armored, he might have a slim chance of surviving the collapse.
