Bias:bias refers to a gap in between Predicted value by the model & Actual value of data(target value).
High bias: predicted value is far from actual value.
Low bias:pv is near to actual value means the gap between them is little.
Variance: predicted value how much scatter they are in relation to each other.?
High variance: pv will be far from each other/ scattered in relation to each other.
Low Variance: in group pv will be there. They will be not so scattered.

There is a difference of bias between both the examples of low bias(High variance has a higher bias).
Bias is about how far from Bulls Eye we are, and both the low bias should be in similar radius.
Low variance will tend to stay together and high variance will be scattered.
Very nice explanation though. You have explained in a very simplified way.
