Ms. Beautiful I am so with you! I don't post about my kids at all on social media. I used to (though never in the bathtub. I just don't agree with that at all), but then I started thinking of it from their point of view. First of all...they would end up living their own life through the lens of social media (even if they didn't have one). They'd be thinking from a young age about how to smile pretty for Facebook. It creates a fake personality. Not good. I want my kids to smile for the sake of smiling. Not to show off for social media. Also, kids have no say (or very little) over the content parents share about them. There are all sorts of embarrassing things people share and it honestly makes me feel bad for the kid as they get older and see how their parents talked about or portrayed them. I mean we just have to think about things from our kids perspective. We didn't grow up being plastered all over social media. I don't think it's fair for our kids to either. Not being allowed to sit on your dad‘s lap it’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard, if you trust your husband or the father of your kids, then you would be fine with it. And even if it’s not about that, like I don’t get it. Just makes things weird when it really would have never been weird
I look up the the original convo. It was he sent to to her to because and i qoute "The water is opaque so you can't see under it. He sent it me to demonstrate the coloured bubble bath." My guess he sent it to her because his daughter ask him to.
Tamara wasn’t allowed to sit on her dads lap because her mom is old-school. Old-school parenting believed that anything to do with the men’s genital area (lap) would be situational since the mans penis is on the lap. Stop assuming that Tamara’s mother went through something traumatic and enforced her insecurities onto her kids.
Ms. Beautiful I was raised the same way my mom was a old school and older mom. I wasn’t allowed to rough house with my brothers after a certain age of puberty or sit on my dads lap. Uncles were a hug and that’s it, you stay in a child’s place. You don’t want to open the idea of anything inappropriate because you just never know the intentions of someone.

does anyone remember when Kelly Osborn said 'if you kick all the latinos out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet donald trump". LOL yikes. im surprised she is on here
9 is too old for anyone boy or girl to be being photographed in a tub. By the time I was 7 I was taking my own baths anyways. Why is he there to photograph her? She's plenty big enough to take a bath without supervision and why post it? That's my biggest issue. Whether she's 9 years or 9 months old there's no reason to ever put a naked picture of your child out on social media. Regardless of if parts are covered or not that's something that only family and close family friends should ever see. Not saying he did but there's a lot of people who do post those pics
At 6 my parents started “supervising” and teaching us how to bathe on our own and then by 7 I took myself a shower! The door stayed unlocked but I had my privacy...
I remember being 4-5 year old, and bathing my lil baby bro with me in the bath tub, but i had put on a swimming costume, cos everyone was watching. Hehe i jus happened to be bathing at the time when they decided lol
Photograph is fine but NEVER POSTED IT ONLINE. My besties is a police officer becoming fbi. If you think is strangers who are gonna steal your child’s picture for child pornographer... no MOST ARE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
I think it’s okay to an extent. 9 years old is too much I’d say like over 5-6 years old shouldn’t be posted anywhere or really even taken at the point but no matter what age I think private parts should always be cut out, blurred completely.. or something of some sort to cover the child.
I agree and the father just sent the picture to the ex not social media so who's fault was it? Probably her. So that's on her. And off topic but I think the kissing in the mouth is also a huge no at a certain age. I just I remember always doing that but very quickly realized it felt weird. Funny though my mom agreed my dad was the one who never found it odd even as my sister and I got older.
When girls get older, they will look back and possibly be embarrassed that IF you posted bath pics online. Think about your kids in the future and what level of privacy they want.
i would bathe in the tub with my little sister and my mom would take pictures of us together. Our areas were covered and i was around the age of 7 or 8. However my dad never was the one taking pictures when i was already around that age. I'm sure he did when I was a lot younger tho. In my household its always been free as in my mom walks around in a bra i sometimes am just in panties and a bra (im 15) and my little brother is in his little boxers and a shirt. My sister tho feels more comfortable in shorts and a tank top even tho shes 7. I think its based on whether your child feels comfortable or not. Like i said in my household we're all like wearing very loose clothing except my dad he likes to even be in shoes but my dad grew up different and so did my mom. Its about whether your comfortable or not.
I discovered my body at 8 because i was developing breasts around 2nd -3rd grade which were the times i was most shy about my body. I also got my period on my 11th birthday 😭😭
So...the real "appropriate" nature of photos has to do with the fact that today we all have cameras on our handheld devices. Back in the day, you had an actual camera that had film that needed to be developed. I guess we're in an adjustment period between what's appropriate/what's accessible online when sharing photos/thinking about the future. Like, I know there is a photo album in my parent's house that has a few bathtub pics of my siblings and I under the age of 5 in the bathtub with bubbles and toys. However, I don't think that it is wise for a parent to take similar pic today and post in on social media because you don't know that those who see it are "safe" and in the past these photos were fine because they were only shared with family (and embarrassing moments with a boyfriend or girlfriend). And yeah, back then I'm sure there was a concern that the film developer was a pervert or that a family member might be a pedophile but not as much as today because a photo album is brought out in certain company and not posted on Instagram for total strangers to view.
My brother in law was upset when I posted a pic of my niece (his daughter) in the bathtub and she wasn’t even a year old yet. All u could see was her face and chest. That was it and he asked me to take it down from ig. I didn’t, and still don’t think that was a big deal. But at 9? Nah don’t post nothing. Even tho the father didn’t. He sent it to the girls mother. But Jeanie is right, once u take that picture in ur phone, it’s a wrap. Omg the things that’s in my cloud 🤦🏾♀️... I don’t ever want to be famous.
You may not think it's inappropriate to post a child's pic but if the parent does, you should be respectful of that. It's not okay to post pictures of other people's children that they don't want on public view, especially pictures where the child is not fully clothed to any degree. If someone put any kind of picture of my kid online without my permission, I'd be livid. BTW, your profile pic is pretty
9 is way too old. Even to just take a picture to share with the other parent. I know it's a more rare case but I already had my period when I was 9 so I cant imagine having my dad take a picture of me in the tub...or even being in the bathtub at age 9.... 🤔
🕳 sorry I disagree. There are a lot of old school rules like that. Some of us grew up not even allowed to show shoulders in front of men. It’s just a thing.yeah it’s old school and we may laugh now. That doesn’t mean anything about being a sex offender or doing weird things. It’s just people’s culture.
P Gill I disagree... it’s your own father. Certain rules grow and change over time because of society. Woman were meant to be ‘modest’ showing shoulders and ankles were seen as too scandalous and sexy but not sitting on your own dad’s lap?? What does that imply

Not being allowed to sit on your dad‘s lap it’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard, if you trust your husband or the father of your kids, then you would be fine with it. And even if it’s not about that, like I don’t get it. Just makes things weird when it really would have never been weird
No, and definitely not exposed on social media
I look up the the original convo. It was he sent to to her to because and i qoute "The water is opaque so you can't see under it. He sent it me to demonstrate the coloured bubble bath." My guess he sent it to her because his daughter ask him to.
Gorgeous Kelly and hair!
Lmao it look like it's just sitting there chilling
Tamara wasn’t allowed to sit on her dads lap because her mom is old-school. Old-school parenting believed that anything to do with the men’s genital area (lap) would be situational since the mans penis is on the lap. Stop assuming that Tamara’s mother went through something traumatic and enforced her insecurities onto her kids.
Aazureis Acosta apparently people don’t understand this concept.
Kelly should not be there. She made a ignorant comment in the past
🗣🗣Tamera, Why couldn't you guys sit on your dad's lap?
Majority of kids parents let them sit on Santa's lap in the mall and he's a stranger!
@@Ohnoni Even your own father? You don't know the intentions of your own father. Haha
@@Ohnoni but your own father? I would question the Mother that don't trust her Husband/ father of her kids like why you still married then to him when you don't trust him with your Daughters?? Thank God that my father loved us, hugged & kissed us...& my father is 81 years old so that has nothing to do with oldschool.. Your Mother was probably touched by her dad & was afraid that the same would happen to you. That's really not normal or "oldschool"
Heather Bonneau it’s not saying MY father personally is a pervert. But yeah YOU DONT KNOW SOMEONES TRUE INTENTIONS. It’s not unheard of that a woman is molested by her own father, brother, cousin, or uncle.. a wolf in sheep’s clothing for a lack of better words. You may think you know a person deep down but you don’t know what kind of thoughts cross their mind on a day to day 🤷🏽♀️ be real.
H Let’s not pretend that this world is full of great ppl because our dads are great, THAT IS NOT THE CASE. And even when I was young I thought the idea to be stupid like MY DAD? Are you guys crazy?! But no it’s not about being crazy it’s a cautious thing, making sure that we weren’t able to be GROOMED by the idea that our moms were allowing us to sit on strangers and grown men just because they are family 🤷🏽♀️ doesn’t mean they won’t do devious things
OMG, using the Daily Mail and the Sun as references, oh dear!!
does anyone remember when Kelly Osborn said 'if you kick all the latinos out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet donald trump". LOL yikes. im surprised she is on here
ellabella when did she say that? Is there an interview I can go on? Send me a link....
@@maryforbes1854 it was on the view! Just Google Kelly Osborn toilet cleaning
I love the Missy Elliott and Gladys Night.
Taking the photo is fine, but my issue is parents who post it online😑
And we care about Kelly Osbourne because?...oh yeah , her dad.
I still can't believe when Adrienne said she doesnt wash her hands after peeing 😭
I started my womanhood at 8. So I developed that awareness young. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
At 6 my parents started “supervising” and teaching us how to bathe on our own and then by 7 I took myself a shower! The door stayed unlocked but I had my privacy...
Why is the dad in the bathroom with her at 9!!
I remember being 4-5 year old, and bathing my lil baby bro with me in the bath tub, but i had put on a swimming costume, cos everyone was watching. Hehe i jus happened to be bathing at the time when they decided lol
I WASNT ALLOWED TO SIT ON NO MAN LAP BUT MY DAD SO ...🤷🏾♀️TO EACH OWN BUT TAMERA U LOOK GREAT TWIN CUZZIN💕🤣
Photograph is fine but NEVER POSTED IT ONLINE. My besties is a police officer becoming fbi. If you think is strangers who are gonna steal your child’s picture for child pornographer... no MOST ARE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
LONI!!! 😂😂🤣🤣😂 Nubbin Lovin! Lol. I am dead!
I'm trying to teach my 4 year old to stop kissing on the mouth. 4 is ok, but 5 is too old.
I was always allowed to sit on my dads lap...that's my Dad! Uncles on the other hand...NEVER.
When girls get older, they will look back and possibly be embarrassed that IF you posted bath pics online. Think about your kids in the future and what level of privacy they want.
Definitely not for social media. Only for the parents
Hell yea Jeannie!!! I’m with ya girl! Kelly Clarkson all the way (though I do love her on the voice!!!)
lmaoooo jeannie i feel you when it comes to learning about the fetishes... i like to learn about it but i wont take part
Hell no! I don't need to see the picture. My 8 year old baths herself. At that age they don't need that assistance.
i would bathe in the tub with my little sister and my mom would take pictures of us together.
I think i remember taking showers at 9 so i feel like it was too old to be getting your picture taken in the bath.
am i the only one who noticed jeannie mai say "and mariah" when adriennne asked if american idol had any hip hop artists LMAOOO
Adrienne😍 que bella!
If its not posted on social media and kept at home its okay...
Why is the mom criticizing her ex in a public forum? Talk to him in private about what's best for your child...los trapos sucios se lavan en casa..
I discovered my body at 8 because i was developing breasts around 2nd -3rd grade which were the times i was most shy about my body. I also got my period on my 11th birthday 😭😭
Hold up. Tamera said something about not being allowed to sit on her dads lap?? Why??
I’m chilling in Starbucks and them last 2 minutes got me SCREAMING!!! Omg😹😹😹
Big yikes at them being friends with Kelly osbourne
That would be my dream panel now, honestly.
9 is way too old. Even to just take a picture to share with the other parent. I know it's a more rare case but I already had my period when I was 9 so I cant imagine having my dad take a picture of me in the tub...or even being in the bathtub at age 9.... 🤔
I think nine is definitely too old. At nine I just started my period and was starting to develop.
As a mother, I feel like between age 6 or 7 is when your post to stop taken nake it photo of your son or daughter.
Jordin Sparks, Simon Kyle, Ludacris, and Osborne
jeannie looks great in that orange😍😍
Great to see Kelly Osbourne again.
I love kelly osbourne just like her mum. Tamara is right u realize your body at 8 then maybe 12years u see different body changes
I wonder if tam’s dad was a sex offender or did anything weird to them. Thats not a normal rule to have. It’s not about being “old school” at all
🕳 sorry I disagree.
Culture difference. Her mom is bahamian. Island people dont play like yall Americans
@@masumamiah101 fathers be the main perpetrators theres plenty women who have stories of their dad or their moms boyfriends. And the number on single mom homes is high so it should be a rule.
It is something normal. I was daddys little girl back then but there were more rules.
Yes if your not posting it on social media.
I agree with 9 is to old and when the kid expresses they dont want you in the bathroom with them or to take pics wether they are showing anything or not, its time to stop. Should honestly stop at like 5 or 6 in my opinion.
You can, you should be able to.
