Great vlog, yes to healthy girl era. I too have been on it for quite a while. Loving all the sharing on the teas, I love mixing the Tazo passion with a detox which I am about to prepare. Yes Gi most people don’t realize that sugar is the culprit along with meat. The sugar creates inflammation in the body and so many auto immune diseases are due to inflammation. So definitely a high 5 for the healthy girl era. Those folk with the negative comments on your bags they really want to do it as well, but folk have to do what works for them. Color in itself is a dopamine and is needed by all. ❤

My Current Faves are African Print Headwraps! They are my Go To For me looking elevated and cute while working out and at the office! I do want a couple bags for working out and actually loved the hot pink one you put back in the vlog!

Hey Gi, I want to try to make refreshers. The Starbucks iced matcha green tea had me in a chokehold. The amount of sugar in their green tea is sinful! To top it off I used to get it with lavender cream. I am going to look into that Nighty Night Extra too. Insomnia is no joke.
