Criticism: a valid argument does not necessarily mean the conclusion is true. Take this argument for example:
Premise 1: water is 100% healthy
Premise 2: mtn dew is 90% water
Conclusion: mtn dew is 90% healthy

A Valid argument is always true, in a logical sense. But in reality, it may not be true.
