i think the best thing you can do is go to camera settings -> send feedback. otherwise if no one tells them through official channels then it's not likely that anything will be done.
Purchased the 7pro for its glowing camera reviews but have quickly become frustrated with its picture quality, specifically the oversaturation of color which ruins each photo. Very disappointed and now looking for a stand alone digital camera.
I've had 4 different pixel phones and the issue with the camera I noticed is with the updates, sometimes it's actually improvements sometimes it's worse, I removed auto update for all apps on my phone, I suggest do the same and only update if needed but same with other apps if it ain't broken don't fix it

On my pixel 3, I had two frames that show up in portrait mode, one blurred and one unblurred. On my pixel 7, it only gives one blur photo. The issue with this is that it sometimes blurs the wrong object and I'd like to still have the option for a standard photo. Any idea how to do this?

Mine doesn't seem to have any macro settings. Nor does a flower appear. I have to use my fingers to zoom in on an object. Is there a setting I am missing or something? Macro isn't in the dropdown menu.
Great video, thank you. I've just upgraded to a Google Pixel 7 but all my selfie videos and selfie photos are mirrored. I went to the settings and made it save selfie as previewed, this fixed the photos but all my selfie videos are all still reversed and need flipped. Is there a way to fix this?
Yup, it's happening to me too. When I'm on camera mode and I flip the camera on me, the picture coms out mirrored. I don't know why. I also changed settings but...Maybe only a portrait is for a selfie ? 😢 I love that phone

I had a pixel 5 and when id take a photo of the sky on a tripod it would expose for 3-5 min but with the pixel 7 pro, 6 secs tops unless I'm doing something wrong. Though it still takes amazing night pictures
I have mine since a couple of weeks and a few days ago they made an update to the camera app which I hate ! Now you don't have direct access to the different cameras but a slider from wide angle to 30x zoom, so if you want a 5x zoom shot really crispy, you will struggle for example between 4.7x digital zoom ugly AF, and a 7x digital zoom from the 5x, it's now extremely hard to get a "pure" optical zoom...
How to fix that the pixel 7 pro can only record for 15 minutes? On the iphone I literally recorded for 5 hours straight but it doesn't have cool and useful features like the pixel
i really hate Google for following in the footsteps of every other company and leaving the best hardware on a 6.7in behemoth. i would have loved a Pixel 7 Pro with a 6in screen. I ended up trading out my 7 pro for a Zenfone 9 because the nice camera set was just not worth the hand struggles. really damn good camera too what a shame.
Do satellites routinely move across the entire visible sky in a couple seconds while leaving behind a trail? lol I was there when it happened as I was taking the exposure.
I just wish they could tone down the aggressive over sharpening and oversaturation, it ruins the images.
