Lord Sauron Honestly the only pieces I know are DK shoes from Ulduar and DK PvP Greivous Horde shoudlers. The rest doesn't look like genuine set pieces. Get MogIt addon and I'm sure you'll find the pieces that resemble it.

Anthraxus here :). I achieved that background by reinstalling the game. when it reached just a nick DL after playable i stopped it and logged with my char to take the creen shot.
Baxter Harrington yes. There used to be a glitch that let you tame "The Lone Hunter" wolf that had the sword and retain it after being tamed. Unfortunatelly I believe the glitch has been patched, and he no longer retains the sword :(
DemoBytom Baxter Harrington Yup, the glitch was basically killing the pet at the same time the Tame Beast cast was finished. Doing this let pets keep their buffs. Going into Arenas cleared this buff off pets (happened to me). It was abused by some guilds to tame AQ beasts that gave stacking haste buffs to allies. I was able to ask a GM to restore this pet to me since it wasn't one of the pets that gave an advantage. I also have one of those oil-stained wolves from Borean Tundra (completely black and dripping).
Zamochy sweeet, have you ever tried telling blizz you accidentally abandoned gondria and asked for it back? even though you never tamed it, it actually works funny enough

When transmogging, simplicity is the name of the game for me. Simple yet effective designs a la Dark Souls or Fire Emblem are my favorites, as opposed to the outlandish and bulky designs blizz usually throws in.

Vanitas' shoulders 41:23 are from argent tournament in Wrath. You have to go to trial of the crusader to the venders just outside the instance. just make sure that armor spec is all classes
