How to fit 37’s on a Toyota Sequoia with no Rubbing!

- We put the #2ndgenSequoia under the knife and get our brand new 37 inch Nitto Tire Recon Grapplers to fit with no rubbing! That’S RIGTH! The Toyota Sequoia looks much more proportional with the 37 on there, in fact, it makes me wonder if I can fit 40’s with a little more cutting.
In order to get the tires to fit, you have to make sure you do a very aggressive body mount chop, have a lift kit installed, have upper control arms, and either aggressively cut your front bumper or have an aftermarket one installed. We also cleared our rear bumper with a rear bumper chop just to make sure we have all the clearance we need.

@@CoolGuyClub heck ya! I got a clapped out 1st gen I wanna put 35s on with minimal lift and LOTS of cutting and grinding. It’s always loaded with 4 kids 2 cousins and on trails in Colorado!
1st gens are the best. We came from a gx and got the 2nd gen for more space but we alllllllllmost got a 1st gen sequoia instead

They are the tandem sliders. Love them but they are pricey.

Where do you keep the spare tire? I'm guessing the 37 doesn't fit underneath anymore. Do 35s fit underneath still?
What do you think about adding some bilstein 6112 in the front and rear lift kit for the air bags from tandem off road in the back to fit 24x12-44 rims 35x12 inch tires? (Toyota sequoia platinum.)
You can’t go wrong with bilstein. Their initial damping is stiffer than Eibach but they are a GREAT option for the sequoia. If you add the tandem rear airbag spacers make sure you get shock spacers too. I got mine from dobinsons.

What would I need for the front as far as a lift is concerned? I just purchased the tandem airbag spacer, upper controller arm up to 4" of lift in the front, and 33×22×12.50 tires and rims. I'm also buying 35×12.50 tires this weekend that I plan on running full-time.
Fun fact you don’t need a lift to run 35’s on a sequoia. But any tundra 07-15 front coilover will work.
Where did you get your grille? Also, I wish I could do 37s but kinda worried but have a plan to put 35s on it with a 3" lift.

You can run 35’s without a lift and you’ll be fine. Just wheel spacing / offset has to be perfect

I am. I do all my alignments myself. Every alignment shop I’ve been to has severely screwed up and sent me home with loose bolts and horrible rear toe

No sir, I just focused on getting them to fit in this video. Up next, is making the rig drive better with them. (gears, lockers, gussets, brakes)
I’m gonna run 35x10.5 then lockers and 37s or 35sx12.5 eventually anyway. 2002 with weaker engine and tranny lol. But she’s a good rig. Bone stock.
