7:04 if I remeber coreectly about one and a half hours? They did pretty much every skz song that has choreo + a bit of freestyling + the cardio workout for astronaut + boom by nct (and maybe more that I've forgotten)
This was nearly two years ago, but we'll get one in a bit more than two weeks (29th of April) - or at least they said they'll do one during this live. LeeKnow and Hyunjin both have solo vlives where they dance in case you're interested tho
